Today did 3rd time this fusion. Amazing effects going deeper very slowly, shoulder and lower back mobility definitely improved. I have felt in doing waves lower back space being created. My obliques have been strengthened past weeks when I did this. I am still for body condition aiming to to this once a week incorporate with other sessions. Bless you

You always have sth for sweet spots in the body which really becomes the building block for further moves. IT band certainly is one of them and this routine has multiple angles to improve it. Today I repeated this routine second time bit more release felt enjoyable just the right repeations for me. Side opening felt more amazing sequence my aim to do once a week on regular basis. 🙏
I certainly do not have an hour glass body, wider shoulders, rectangular body and smaller hips and thighs. i know this will not change my body shape but am hoping it will reduce my waist line. I do feel a lovely strong stretch in my upper torso ie waist and ribs. Ill keep practising
hello Margaret!! thank you for practicing with me!! im glad you tried this class. try to focus your training on improving rotation, spine mobility and proper breathing . sometimes the volume you have in the upper body is due to restricted lymph flow , so working on ribcage & spine mobility and improving breathing function should improve diaphragm function next to wich located biggest lymph node. it help with lymph flow. also reducing stress to reduce inflammation. also if shoulders are rolled i ward due to posture lymph flow will be restricted around armpits and neck . 💕
There are plenty of yoga teachers on RUclips, yet only you teach how to slim down my waist. And I was looking exactly for that kind of instruction. Even if I had to adjust initially to your strong accent, yet eventually I was able to release myself to your soothing voice - despite the accent. That was really beneficial. I am absolutely grateful to you for the unusual and probably efficient yoga movements :-)
