Hi ! Thank you! No I didn’t have any spine disorders. But I used to have pain in mid back & after birthing children , lower back; it is all gone when I do the waves/ribcage mobility/spirals /sacrum /hip joint mobility/pelvic floor. Basically working on the realignment of the posture through focus on elasticity, stability & healthy range of motion. Super straight spine is not healthy - we need adequate level of curves in spine for weight distribution
Mam this was good flow. I enjoyed it. But it is not knee- friendly. Could you suggest some modifications for the knee bending pulsing movements? What i did was held the pose instead of pulsing when my knee was not allowing.
Hi! Your knee discomfort might be from tight not elastic quads & not enough glide between layers of muscles, holding is an option but doing slower pulses, may be less reps will help you improve it. Don’t bend too much, go smaller range may be. And do mfr on not so hard foam roller. Or better soft massage ball.
