  • The best video tutorial for everyone who wants to get rid of excess weight all over the body as soon as possible. All eight exercises can be done at home, but because of its effectiveness it will help you remove excess weight from: back, shoulders, chest, arms, abs and legs

If we were talking realistically about 4 weeks, eating a diet without a lot of fat and sweets will help you speed up the process significantly, and sleeping more than 8 hours a day will help you feel even better and more alert for accelerated fat burning. However, when you look at yourself in the mirror after a month you will realize that the effort is clearly worth it and you will be proud of yourself

    Бестолковые и не нужные упражнения )))) мышца пресса должна просто скручиваться , и не более . Все эти дергания лишние . Просто ложишься на спину . Подкручиваешь таз ( а можно делать сразу с поднятыми ногами согнутыми в коленях ) . Так таз сразу подкручен . И спокойной делаешь скручивания . Всё остальное - понты , которые не приведут к норм результату . Так же и боковые скручивания можно делать
