I always thought his best stuff was easily with FNM, probably because he had someone reigning him in a little. I was surprised that he didnt work with Bill Gould more during the FNM breakup. Those 2 together is a powerful combination, even if artistically it's not the flavour of the month for Patton.
You guys are crazy most of the stuff he put out in the 97-2008 era was amazing. Mr. Bungle California (1999) Lovage (2001) Tomahawk ST (2001) Fantomas Directors Cut (2001) Tomahawk MIT Gas (2003) Fantomas Delirium Cordia (2004) Peeping Tom (2006) Mondo Cane (2008) A Perfect Place (2008) Just to name a few. He also has good stuff in the 2010-2024 era
This is great - also liked hearing about your processes and styles. A real window to way back. Thanks for this!
wow! 🙂 really great 👍 👌 thank you 😊
Knowing what you want it sounds funny but sometimes is the hardest thing to do and sing it through, fucking wise words

Patton blew it with FNM. He should have done at least 3 more albums with them instead of all the junk he put out.
@@roddyboethius1722 junk?
@@CCDaDon15 he put out some great stuff, but half of his non FNM stuff was pretty bad.
@@roddyboethius1722 care to name some? I agree he has junk but not enough to say it like that lol
