Loved this vid. As a dietitian and someone who has anxiety, I become obsessive over tracking macros and like you in the past, it affects my mental health... I follow intuitive eating now. Once in awhile I’ll track a day just to make sure my calories are where I want them to be. Maintenance cals are a little over 2100 and like you, I’m trying to be in a slight deficit but always looking for inspo to switch up my meals so I don’t get bored. I found this video super helpful. I intermittent fast 4 days a week (Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and it’s only good if your looking to lose weight. Start at 1-2 days a week and work your way up to 4-5.
I loved this video! All the foods looked so good and easy to make and pretty healthy so I’m definitely hungry and ready to go shopping for some of these things. I love how you showed us how you track your macros cause I have started doing that and this video was perfect for it. Also I love how real and honest you are with having a treat at the end after eating 90% healthy cause I totally feel the same way with craving a treat afterwards so seeing you crave the same thing helps me not feel guilty about having a treat here and there. Love you Whit ❤️

I also struggle a lot with being consistent in eating healthy every day, I have a very sweet tooth and I struggle with the flours 😪 but everything is to reach my goals baby, having cheat meals a couple of times a week helps me stay in way, thanks for being an inspiration and give me ideas on what to eat! when I have no idea in what to cook is easier for me to fall for not so healthy food, so thank you girl you're hot fire flames💓✨

When you say “quicker” leg day, around how long is that? Usually leg day takes me forever and I always feel guilty trying to squish it into an hour and am curious how long other peoples leg days take bc I don’t have all day to be spending at the gym
BlameKara you aren’t alone! Even days where I don’t do complex movements like squats or deadlifts I STRUGGLE with time AND I time my rest periods 🤷🏻♀️ 🤦🏻♀️ I take at least 1 hour 20 minutes minimum, maybe it’s something that improves with time?
BlameKara i know exactly how you feel! It usually takes me about 1 hour and 10-20 min 😭 that’s with the warm up, stretch, cool down and the whole nine lol when I do a quick workout I tell myself, “hey at least 45 min was better than nothing”
Same! My leg days are 1:20-30
Personally I have done several Whitney’s leg workouts from her insta and some of them have only taken me max 45mins but I’ve been dead after 😂 so it’s possible to get a fire workout in really quick!
This is what I found works for me: Keep your main lift to 15min, then superset everything else. Do less junk volume, pick 4-6 exercises and go all out on them (heavy weight or high reps). Hot fire flames them buns be burning and 45mins will seem too long 😂🍑🔥
