I have normal cycle but last December 2023 until now March 2024 I experience bleeding /spotting 14 days after my period and it will last for only 3 days.

Folic acid is very important to take when trying to conceive (boy or girl). It helps to prevent birth defects in babies and helps with brain development. It doesn’t influence any gender.

I have irregular periods, and I want to confirm with you, if I use the ovulation test kits to show me the LH surge, can I wait for the “actual” ovulation to occur the following day by looking for signs of ovulation? Because in one of your videos, you said, ovulation might take 1-2 days to occur after LH surge is detected, so should I wait for ovulations signs to occur after seeing the LH surge?
Please advise me what would be the best time to do the “deed”, while planning for a boy?
