Can indole decrease the estrogen level in blood or it will just detox the estrogen excess? In perimenopause the estrogen level will start to decrease on its own and we don't want that. Thank you for the great video content! ❤
This is why testing is so important - you need to know if your estrogen is elevated before treating for estrogen dominance so that you don't make things worse. DIM and I3C can certainly decrease estrogen levels overall.

I’m Reluctant to do hormone therapy as I know I’m estrogren dominance and my mother passed with breast cancer. I’ve had awful issues with gallbladder sludge and trying to fix it and I believe this relates to estrogen dominance. I’m Trying to focus on my diet but need to ensure that I don’t have constipation either which doesn’t help estrogrn release

You need to clarify that the estrogen you get from fat is not the same as you get from your ovaries.
Not sure what you mean...fat cells produce estrone and convert it to estradiol, both of which are also produced in the ovaries. 🤷🏼♀️
my ob/gyn refuses to test my hormones. Women need more options than the $500 DUTCH TEST and the $2-3K to have a doctor read the test.
