Hey man this was a pretty good review! I really never got anything like this and it was a learning experience. I used to mostly just play online chess and never got a physical board. For some extra information I got recommended this video while I was watching a jigsaw puzzle video. Keep up the good work!

Glad this got recommended, enjoyable and informative review and I like your aura, you seem like an easy going fellow 😄
Btw, we used to do the upside down rook as well when we played as kids in 90s Europe 😂
And thanks for putting measurements in metric as well 💪
Glad you got to use the new pieces at the coffee shop in the end 😄. Emisario natural looks thw best among the other naturals, imo

It is a lovely set and I really do like the colours. I have the Zurich and it really is extremely similar. My personal vote for the perfect Chess set design is the Dubrovnik. I got one from Amazon for just over $30 but all plastic sets will have minor imperfections. The only complaints I can say are it's weighted with sand so it's not as heavy as the HoS sets and it didn't come with an extra queen. But hands down they are the best knights I've ever seen outside of a luxury set. I'll also give an honourable mention to the A&A quadruple weighted set that use to Cook design with what I call the "big mouth bishop" you could get lost in their cut it's so big. Only complaint about that set is it comes with one of those funky silicon boards.

Tarrasch is a German name, so you are still not pronouncing it correctly 😛😆
