Doubling up your pawns in the first game froze the whole left wing in place. This allowed black to focus on building an advantage on the right. Combine this with sending the bishop out to the left by itself and this created enough of an imbalance for black to break through on the right. I don't think any of the ideas you tried were poor, quite the contrary. But it was more a matter of not properly supporting your attacks, and over-congesting the left side. I would say intentionally doubling your pawns (especially after talking about how it, "wasn't usually the best idea") was a flat out blunder. But I think if you had played more aggressively you may have been able to equalize a bit better afterward. There were a number of moments where you decided to respond to his threat by "evading" or "blocking;" however, you almost never decided to respond to his threat with a threat of your own. Sometimes offense is the best defense. And sometimes you need to cut your losses in a position and attempt to free up an advantage in another part of the board. After he retreated his Bishop from the 1st rank, you could have played h4 to pressure it all the way back and open up space for your right wing to breathe. That bishop also ended up being the lynchpin piece that enabled the entirety of black's assault on the right, so forcing it back would have taken quite a bit of black's punch away. You mention a lot during the match how he was "disconnecting your pieces," I would challenge that and say that you did a lot of the disconnecting on your own, the engine simply capitalized. Pushing e5 without castling first is a pretty clear idea given the position, if you ask me you were in no position to even think about his king, therefore he has no need to preemptively defend an attack that won't come. The engine would rather spend that time consolidating it's overall position. It'd already won the battle on the right, and an attack on the left would come about as quick as Napoleon's 3rd reign, so all that leaves is the center. There were also a couple moments earlier in the game where you could have gone b4 into d5 with your c2 knight to threaten the center, and relieve pressure on the right, but by the time the knight joined the attack it was too late. You also mention a lot at the end about him, "not capitalizing on his advantage," but he does. Developing his pieces in those moment ensures that he remains ahead on tempo, because while you deal with the threat he just placed in front of you, he's preparing the next threat. You seem to often miss the forest for the trees. You played the second game like a different person. It's clear you lost the first game before the first move, and were trying to just, "hold on" as opposed to actually win. The mentality shift in the second game is a big factor in how well you did. Probably played 500 points higher in the second game off the mentality alone, screw the extra queen. That's just my opinions though... Feel free to ignore them.
I believe you are mistaken about the doubled pawns. Doubling your pawns is a common motif in Qb6 lines of the London as it earns a semi-open file for your rook and does not create any meaningful weaknesses. The knight play was sloppy and f3 gave the engine a lot of play for no gain. I would argue those were the main weaknesses of his opening.

Fun usage for 1 queen: 1) You need it to be on A rank. 2) Qa2-f7 Immediately capture enemy's pawn. So, you make stockfish's king move, and it can no loger castle!
At 2:52 can someone explain why it was not considered an option to capture the knight on c6? This would allow him to move his knight safely to e5 without it being attacked. You lose the bishop, but get their knight, and it advances your pieces forward for more center board control instead of retreating the knight back where it us less powerful.
Hey! This isn’t a bad idea at all and certainly could have been on the table. Generally speaking however, a bishop exerting pressure on a knight is considered better than the knight itself, especially when the bishop on d7 has to stay put to interpose the pin. Trading off an active bishop for a stationary knight may not be bad in this context to centralize the f3 knight, but I personally overlooked it because conceptually it’s usually not the best move. If you are the one on offense, it’s typically better to keep the tension on the board rather than trade it off. That’s my analysis, and excellent suggestion and question :)

You’re doing a great job, and I wish you even more success and recognition. However, I think your videos could be even better if you analyzed the games after losing or even wining
In game 1 you could have taken his knight on C6 with the bishop and check. If he takes with pawn, then maybe see what the engine thought about A1 to A6. If instead he blocks with the bishop, trade a bishop for a bishop and another check. His knight at least would be going backwards to recapture since he would probably want to reserve the castle and not recapture with the King. Then move your other bishop to prevent its capture.
Awesome job at making it that far with no advantage! But I want to point out that the engine you played was Komodo dragon (I think), which has around 50 elo less than stockfish.
