Where do you get your yarn?
How do I get in touch with Jada . I'm having trouble with the V stitch strip. I'm using the same size hook I started with and I have pulled it out twice.both times it was about a foot longer than the other ones I used the same size yarn also . What can I do ?

Yay..another pretty strip. I was late to the game but am caught up now and eagerly anticipate the next strip each month. My hubby was listening as I watched this vid and he remarked that you are easy to listen too. I agree and I watch and make many of your items. In fact, I just finished the brick stitch baby blanket. Just replayed this one a couple of times. And decided to make a “lap-ghan” for a neighbor going thru chemo. Found the perfect yarn - Impeccable Tweed in the “ brown “. Making all strips in it. Bordering them in Impeccable solid “ camel color “. And then will border the whole thing in the Tweed “ black “. The colors look great together and so think he will like it. Perfect colors for a man’s covering.

I am using super chunky yarns of different colours for the center and plain white for all of the borders, it will be perfect for the winter coming and has kept me happy creating all of the year to come. Jayda you are the greatest. I do the "Join as you go" during my daily Zoom Staff meeting. I love the new center motif. It goes so fast. Like the others, I am doing 2 blankets at a time. By July I will have to get a bigger project bag to hold the blankets!

You poor thing 😔. Many years ago I had carpal tunal surgery. First couple days were hard but there was no way I was going to stop 😫. A couple Tylenol and slooooow moving kept me from total withdrawal. Lol. Sure hope you 🙏heal fast.

I didn't start any yet. I've saved the video for each. I'm a fast crocheter so I plan to start this weekend. Trying to decide on colors. I plan to have a couple running at same time. I will put together when done. I like to sew mine to join. Great tutorial Jayda. I replied to one of the other commenters that your tutorial would help them learn it all even rewinding available. FYI Green is a good choice for the March strip. Comes out looking very much like a climbing vine. I just might have to start another blanket. My first attempts on things usually has lots of flaws. 😏
Only started 2 weeks ago myself, might have accidentally started 5 blankets and was still hanging for this video 😱🤣, added bonus they are 5 different colour ways so no getting sick of a colour.

My blanket looks so cool may basic color is white with black boarder. I want to do another mile a minute blanket using birthstone colors. The cookies were fun. It was not as hard it seemed.

Hi Jayda my name is Brenda and I live in Phoenix Arizona. I have been following along with you on the calendar blanket. I was starting to stress myself out because none of my strips were the same length and you said if you use the same type of yarn and same hook it will all work out and I was not sure. So I am going to start joining the four strips I have. I'm switching up the colors and going to use grey, white and black for my borders in a select pattern. As soon as I join February to January I will see if you are right. I'm stepping out of my comfort zone in making this project so I'm pretty excited. I'll send you a picture of what mine looks like when I get the four strips bordered and joined. Wish me luck! I'm a fan of your channel.
Hi Brenda! We use the "Join As You Go" method for this blanket and it's absolutely magic :) The strips are all different designs, and some of them seem short, some of them seem long, but as long as you have the correct number of rows (and use the same hook and yarn size) they will all match up in the end :) Welcome to the project!
