      @leesarolan not only that, but once you accept Him and learn to accept and trust His will, you will find so much peace and relieve yourself from so much stress and heart ache. God has a perfect plan, but we can't see it because we lack His perspective. Trusting is the hardest part, but once you've got that, that's where life gets great and tears of sadness become tears of joy. 💖 I pray someone reads this that needs Him today. 🙏

    This was my first blanket as a beginner and I loved the color scheme so much I found what I could at Michael’s to somewhat match and ran with it! I LOVE the way it turned out! I used a 3.0mm hook and loops and threads delicate dk.
    Please don’t stop making and creating videos! Big fan!

    I appreciate how your tutorials are allot smaller in size, cutting down the actual project helps keep interest in the tutorial as well as helping anyone who may be stuck later in the project bc it doesn’t take as long for you to go through the steps. Always enjoy your videos, a beautiful soul 😊

    I loved the join method! I'm not sure why I've never seen this before, maybe because I stay away from patterns with squares because I hate all that sewing together at the end. I know you do a smaller piece for tutorials too save time - always doing an excellent job of showing the technique several times so we all get it! When the boarder was finished this one screamed pillow to me! The perfect size to try this out without a big commitment and have something useful when I'm done. Thank you for all your great work

    You have no idea how much better I feel as a crocheter when you had your ch1 decide to not go. That mess happens to me a lot, so someone with far more skill than me having it happen makes me feel better.

    I'm mad with myself that I didn't think of this - the crochet version of the 10 stitch knitting blanket (almost). I think this is an awesome technique to avoid those pesky ends and keep the blanket flowing along nicely, although I'm am going to learn how to make a twisted fringe for projects where ends are unavoidable (just discovered mosaic crochet that I am itching to try) - if you can't beat 'em, make a fringe with 'em!

I made my grid of colors, and after crocheting the first row of colors I realized I want to make it a lot bigger, but I'm not sure what order to put the colors in!

    • @TLYarnCrafts
      @TLYarnCrafts  5 месяцев назад +2

      Hi! When planning colors, I worked off a hand-drawn grid. I used a site called grannysquarecolors.com/. You put in the colors you're using, and how many squares are in your blanket, and it will randomly generate a layout for you. It's a super fun tool and kind of addictive to see all of the random layouts you can make :-)
