      I did and got tremendous change.. But later i dnt continue because of many reasons.. By Doing regularly you can get result.. Now i started reducing weight by balanced calories diet..

      If you have pain you understand that your thigh is started to reduce its fact do it continuously it will get normal getting pain denotes that you are doing the exercise correctly

      did it take 3 days for your thigh to get that fat. if u want to reduce your thigh fat it takes at least 2 months.
