Hey guys, here you have a 3 minute intense mini HIIT workout for getting that heart rate up and burning calories! you can also use this video to warm up really fast before your HIIT workouts.

Great idea. Short exercises thru the day.
I was feeling a little tired today, so i thought let's try this quick one.. and till now i never realised a 3 minute workout can be this much tough.. really this workout is so amazing i can do this in my break at my office.. thank you sir for this quick and intense workout, my son (6y/o) was performing this with me and he said it's so much better to do these moves instead of go out and play with his friends👊💪❤🙏
All good! we are humans and have our ups and down...sometimes in order to make progress you have to get a proper rest and reset so you can progress. For changing the mood this can be a good one ;) hahaah...I bet your son is way faster than me :D
