    I wake up, drink water, do your routine to start the body, and go for morning walk to get some sunlight, amazing start of my day, thanks for this routine!

    I was feeling a little tired today, so i thought let's try this quick one.. and till now i never realised a 3 minute workout can be this much tough.. really this workout is so amazing i can do this in my break at my office.. thank you sir for this quick and intense workout, my son (6y/o) was performing this with me and he said it's so much better to do these moves instead of go out and play with his friends👊💪❤🙏

      All good! we are humans and have our ups and down...sometimes in order to make progress you have to get a proper rest and reset so you can progress. For changing the mood this can be a good one ;) hahaah...I bet your son is way faster than me :D

    Good warm up my heart is racing. If you could do it with notifications between exercise would be great. Walkout pushups mean I don't see the screen
