Salamat coach magawa nga yan mamaya s gym. Puro Basic kasi ginagawa ko. Nahihiya naman ako mag tanong hahaha. Pero salamat sa video na to diko na kailangan magtanong. Panunuorin ko na lang to habang nag ggym ako.
15yrs ago when i was at the varsity team i go to the gym a lot. Gs2 ko ulit mag gym nag start ako kahapon lng pero wla instrustor sa gym eh kya nahihirapan ako icorrect ung posture ko. This video is very imformative keep it up

Thanks for the correct DB flys form. It helped me figure out why i'm unable to progress with the weight and that's because I don't slightly bend my elbow during the exercise. I just hit the subscribe button. 🤘🤘

Yung thumbless grip nyo sa bench press, one of the no-no's in bench press. Prone to injury pag nag-slide yung bar.

Hindi ko po alam kung mababasa niyo po ito. Magka-injury po ako 2 years ago. Na-deformed po iyong right risk ko. Dahil magkaiba na po iyong angle ng left and right ko. Mas ramdam ko po ang proper tension sa left body ko kapag nagbubuhat. Ang kaso po wala naman po akong maramdamang tension kapag nagbubuhat ako sa left side ko
Ano vitamins kailangan inumin pagkatapos magworkout

dapat ininclude niyo rin function ng lats sa bench press. nung beginner pa ako nahihirapan akong i-tuck in elbows ko, madalas nakaflare. nung nalaman ko na icontract ko yung lats, di na ako nahirapan sa pag tuck in ng elbows ko. kasi yun yung function ng lats e, ilapit yung elbows sa torso.

Suicide grip is a no no for me. Pero ok narin kung san ka nasanay. But for iwas injury and maximum control standard grip is the best.

Ask lang po sa part po ng bench press... Normal po ba na may tumutunog sa part ng muscle sa shoulder ko everytime na lift up ko yung dumbell, sakin po kasi ganun, may tumutunog sa side ng shoulder ko. Di ko po alam kung muscle or bone ko yun. Thanks po
