Guys walking lang every day 1hr malaki tulong yan. From 97kg to 62kg na ako ngayon i do that in 2months. I wake up in 4:30 am then tapos ng walking ko is 6am or minsan 7am. Mas pinili ko walking kasi talaga maigi siya at iwas heart attack. Para sa mga begginer to. Then sa Diet naman is bread and water and lunch is ulam lang and water. And sa dinner ko water lang at biscuit. Discipline lang talaga. Goodluck sa journey natin to be fit😊

All good point but for lifting I suggest full body workout for progression but progress slowly. Meaning slowly increasing the weight per week. In this way, they’re strong while cutting phase

Nasubukan ko yung cronometer at myfitnesspal kaso may ibang mga food items na hindi talaga available dun sa app kasi mostly western diet mga andun hirap mag track ng calories/macros haha. hello po, ask ko lng po mejo chubby po kasi ako ngayon around 85kg. gusto ko po sana ma mentain yung ganitong body shape pero nababawasan po yung fats and mag build ng muscle without gym po, may mairerecommend po ba kayong pwedeng gawin para po hindi ako mangayayat ng husto or mag shrink po yung katawan ko ng sobra kapag nag cut po ako ng calories.
3weeks nko naka ka calorie defecit, totoo mga nabangit mo sir. Im 91kg down to 89kg na notice ko nlng nasuot ko na un masikip na pants ko. Saka ako tumingin sa timbangan nabawasan n pla ako ng 3kg Consistent lng cardio + buhat at calorie deficit. No sugar less calories less carb. I know malayo p tatahakin ko pero lahat ng gusto mo ay mag sisimula lang talaga sa IYO. nanunuod lagi ako ng mga vids mo po. Its my 4week na. And still contineus prin ako. Mahirap sa mahirap pero nakakasanayan na.
