    1 week n ko nag-gygym. At first talaga nakaka-intimidate parang ayaw Kong kumilos sa loob. But as the days go by, mare-realize mo na mas approachable at friendly pa mga Tao sa gym kesa sa wok. Mukha Lang talaga sila nakakaintimidate at first. Kaya sa mga katulad Kong newbie, ituloy-tuloy lang natin to guys! 💪

      @@shannnd6095 Actually sir wala pa ko solid na target weight. Still researching sa kung ano ang ideal para sa age ko. Nagstart ako na mindset lang makaalis sa pagiging obese at 80 kgs. Push Pull Legs and circuit training program ko

    Video suggestion po sir.
    1. How to handle love handles? I'm skinny fat po mostly sa tiyan ko. Ano po best exercise para dito?
    2. Man boobs problems? Nakakahiya po ito sobra nakakawala self confidence. Paano po mapaliit. Ano po maganda exercise for chest? Step by step po for beginner.
    3. Can't do 1 push up? Ano po pwede alternative po para maka 1 regular push up? Mga baby steps po. Nanginginig po braso ko.
    4. Best warm up exercise? Pros and cons nadin po ng warm up exercise. Ano po ang cooling down exercise?
    5. Cheap workout equipments? Ano po maganda at mura na equipments para po makapag work out.
    6. What are the best home workout without equipment? For beginner po. Wala po kasi gym na malapit sa amin at can't afford din po.
    Salamat po. Suggestion lang po. Sana mapansin. Salamat.

    Sir tanong ko lang po. Pagtapos po ng bulking phase ko at mag sisimula na po akong mag cut. Irere calculate ko po ba yung calorie maintenance intake ko? I mean example po nung nag bulk ako 2000 yung calorie maintenance ko then
    + 200 - 300 calories for bulking. Mag i stick po ba ko dun sa 2000 calories at minus 500 nalang po kapag mag sisimula nako mag cutting o
    ire-recalculate ko po ulit yung calorie maintenance ko then minus 500?

    Sir may question po ako about counting calories and macros medyo naguguluhan lang ako sa countings ng protien. For example po ang target ko per day ay 172grams of protein daily. Pano po ba un literal na 172grams ng chicken breast . Or ung protein na makukuha ko sa chicken breast? Dun po ako naguguluhan sana po ma notice salamat po 🙏

      Kasi dba po hindi nmn porket 172grams ng chicken breast ay may 172 grams of protein din? Un po sana maka gawa ka ng video regarding protein kung ilang grams of protein ang macocosume nmin sa food na un thanks po godbless

      @@jandyginete8121 172G of protein? beginner lifter ka? too much cguro yan kasi d mo alam macros means you really don't have exp working out properly, but anyways nasa sayo ung macros mo, back to your question 100G of chicken breast usually has 30-31G of protein, 1 scoop of whey has 20-25G, so by logic u need at least 550-600+ G of chicken breast, logic lg yan you can compensate the protein requirements using various sources..
