Lol it’s not a blur filter… just the quality of the video. It can be like this especially when filming on one platform (instagram) and then uploading on another one
I cannot suggest this personally, it was really heavy, overpriced, oddly textured, and looked unnaturally pale for my face tone/shade (pale/sickly/grey undertones). I would not suggest buying online until you tried it in stores (Sephora carries it). The price is absurd, 21-52 USD. The filter in this video does not compare to what it actually looks like in person (as someone who's used it, unflattering). I bought into the hype when it was circulating a while back, and working on soothing my skin barrier with skincare with other tips from Dr. Idriss and others helped much more.

You can't turn off the filters on Tik Tok. U know because I've turned them all off, and yet I can still SEE them on me. Some phones also have blurring filters built in to their camera app. I doubt she's doing this on purpose.

I love this product but I use a little bit of it on my cheeks after applying a proper amount of another sunscreen because it can make my face look pale
