Thank you Shaunneka for offering this. It's a slow journey for me at this time. Im older with osteoporosis and feel off a ladder and created some compression fractures in the lower lumbar. I'm being very adaptive and gentle as I use movement for healing. Thank you for your presence. You are a gift!

My first time ever finishing a series!! Woohoo, thank you for this series. I did them all in the evening before bed, they helped relieve tension from the day
I’ve been in such a rut with my practice but the thigh stretches in mermaid were amazing and they mentally stretched me because you always do something I haven’t done in forever and it’s so refreshing. Thank you ❤❤❤
It was really nice to practice this one during full moon. It took me some seconds to get the mechanic of the knee tap😅 but once i got it it felt really good. Thank you for this serie and for all your offerings💖
Great series! I’m saving this one to come back to. That side body stretch with forearm on the floor and one leg extended was divine. Thank you, Shaunneka 😊

Another sunset practice for me (because of the time difference in the US) and I didn't want to wait till morning. I can’t believe the series is over. It was beautiful and I enjoyed every minute! This one was a great stretch for my lower body and a reminder that I need to continue to work on certain poses. You are so generous with these seasonal series. I hope you know that I appreciate you, and them! I am sending secret vibes and wishes for an autumn series 😄🧘🏻♀️❤️🌸🧘🏻♀️
When you said "put your foot in the crook of your elbow", I was like WWHHAAAT???? I don't think that can even be a 'goal' move for me! lol Loved the session!😀
