@@RafaRadityo7 airlines just wouldn’t waste the resources and more importantly, weight on these fancy crew areas. Crew rest in normal seats that are blocked off.
Well they would if they could buy the FAA requires a crew rest area for long haul flights like this for good reason. Most are much smaller but some need to be big depending on your crew configuration.
The space is not that tall, you have to crouch walk when you moved around that overhead cabin. I don't think first class passengers wants to pay $10,000 to crouch walk for 40-50 feet when they have to pee.

Looks better than my apartment
That looks cozy.

It’s obviously a mock-up and not a real plane but interesting idea.
@@TheTb11111111what are you talking about lmao
@@jackhartmann1084 This doesn’t exist on real planes but I’m sure the flight attendants would love it if it did.

Are you a Guam base FA? When will be an opening for training class next?
Should’ve been 8 bunks instead of 6. Standard is 8. But UA opted for 6. AA has 8 for 13 FA.
thanks for the information.
I’m surprised they do not use that amount of space for a first class area or similar usage
ya well cabin crew need to rest so
Yeah not good when pilot dozes off....

the main limitation on long haul flights is not space, but weight. Even if the plane had more space, it couldn‘t carry more passengers.

Thats the secret place they can take unruly passagers and beat them-up and say it was 'turbulence'.
GET AN EDUCATION AND LEARN HOW TO SPELL. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS DIDN'T BEAT THAT PAX. THE CHICAGO AIRPORT POLICE DID YOU IGNORANT MORON!!!

First class and business class passengers have the space, the economy class not so much

They deserve it. They are working hard and with the passengers losing their damn minds lately they need to get away from the koo koo birds.
Do you really fly for that long to need all those?
Some flights can be as long as 14 hours, so yes.
DFW to SYD is 17 hours
If the flight is longer than 8 hours it is requiried by ICAO that crew needs to rest by lying. So yes.
that's cool

Nice
AA has 8. Its just what UA opted for. Standard from Boeing is 8. But UA decided to go with 6 bunks .
So claustrophobic.
I disagree, that area is very roomy compared to most planes.
really? It's pretty dang spacious for a plane.
1000 Times better than Airbus!!!! Boeing really give more room to the crew. Airbus puts toilets in Galleys, I guess that say all we need to know.
