    Just finished the 20 min Fibromyalgia routine . Very relaxing and much appreciated specially today that I’m having a flare up. Looking forward to the next video !

    Hi Joelle, thanks for this informative talk on Yin Yoga. Your Yin Yoga for hip bursitis is now my new favorite. I find it very relaxing and meditative. I will definitely try your yin yoga for stress relief. We can all use some relief these days. Sorry to hear about your job.     Hello Joelle - thank you for your wonderful videos. I've been watching your lower back videos. I'm 65 and have had chronic back pain for over 30 years. Should I practice Yin yoga every week, more often or less?
