But we need to take a step backward here and also make video on how girls can land to such jobs where she can contribute heavily. Sir I can tell it's all about parents mindset where they bring up their daughter s like princess. We need to move away from mindset of " hum padhai se nahi rokte. Jitni karni hai Karo, jo karna hai Karo" to the mindset " listen, you have to study and get into a field where you start earning money". It's not about being money minded but about securing your girl s future by making them a bread earner too.
But in China instead of second house Chinese men started marrying in Myanmar Cambodia Laos and Vietnam Similar thing may play out in haryana wherein you'll see ladkewala marrying in bihar jharkhand and bengal

I believe that Indian society is going through a transition which is leading to the issues that you're highlighting in your video. While it is good to highlight that old generation needs to understand, however, it is also important for the younger generation to understand their responsibilities towards their parents. I agree that one generation may not be able to understand the issue and challenges of the other generation, but why only older generation needs to set their expectations and not younger generation. I'm relatively from a younger generation and I don't agree that younger doesn't have time and energy to understand the needs of the older one. Nevertheless, i appreciate that you have created a video on this sensitive but important topic.
What is ur advice for retired parents, where both are self sufficient economically,having two sons residing in Rohini. This question is being asked as sons want to shift GGN, although non of them are working there.
Let them go, help them financially to purchase flats as much as u both can..... eventually u can also shift to ggn.....me also in rohini....it's too congested and costly here, children are not liking this area......if they can afford let them go instead of chipkaoonge attitude
