And yeah, 720 miles yesterday for me. But much easier in the towed. Myrtle Beach to Miami and I'll be cruising for the next 2 and 1/2 weeks. Still hoping one day we can share some Margaritas, fajitas, ribs and all sorts of fun again!
Damn, 720 miles is a pretty full day (in fact it is 2 complete circles) but I guess 2 1/2 weeks on the ship mike make it all worth while. Pearl keeps reading me your facebook posts on your cruise adventures and it appears that is working out very well for you. We have had a couple of folks make some pretty good margaritas for us but we both still think yours are just about as good as they get, so we are anxious to have another Margarita with our good buddy "JOE THE COMPUTER GUY". We always love a new video from the two of you. We've been watching your channel for years and planning our retirement. We are finally getting really close. In the past 6 months we've purchased a Thousand Trails membership and a used motorhome, and ebikes. We are currently working on a deal for a pickup that we can flat tow behind the motorhome. We'll be heading for Arizona early in 2024. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience all these years. ❤️💕

Hi Bob & Pearl - We enjoyed your new video. Sounds like you have had a great summer! We enjoyed our time visiting with you both. We enjoyed our time in Albuquerque & had a wonderful time at the balloon festival. We parked where we could see the balloons taking off and in the evening we had a good view of the fireworks! We went over to festival a couple of mornings. We have been at Palm Desert for the last couple of weeks. Always a nice visit here. We plan to be in Yuma sometime in November. Hi Janice, yes the balloon fest appears to be the place to be this time of the year. We haven't made it yet but look forward to making it eventually. We will be home in a couple of weeks and look forward to seeing you and Larry soon. Hope all is going well
Things are sure changing. This economy and just the times we live in people are just not happy like before. My neighbors were so active and now they just seem to be slowing down. Hope things get better for all of us. GOD save our country.
Hey Bob and Pearl. Good to hear from you guys. Rosie and I have stayed where you guys are a few years back. This winter we are going to try boondocking out near Senators Wash. I put a second 370 watt panel up on our Brinkley to go with 4 lithium 100 ah batteries and a 3000 watt inverter. Looking forward to the change. I'm still putting videos on my you tube channel "Burlington Bill" Just wrote a couple of new songs and filmed them. The last one takes Rosie and I back 54 years when we were dating! In three weeks we celebrate 53. Hope to get into the Foothills and at least say hi to you two. Safe travels. Burlington Bill busking on the road and here on You Tube.

Hi Rob, I think there are sever additional rally folks planning to get together near the old rally site. We are planning on heading up to Quatzsite and hope to visit with you guys again. Lots of things have changed for all of us and it will be fun to sit around and hear some good RV stories around the campfire
It was good to see another video from You two. Speaking of Boondocking. I easily surpassed 300 days a year Boondocking. I am down in Quartzsite at your guys rally camp area with friends. I met in Idaho this summer. Do you guys have any plans of coming out here this year?

Hi Eric, great hearing from you. Yes, it appears we have resolved the heating issue, we haven't had any issues all summer but we have not driven on any hot days yet. It is so nice to not have to worry about engine temps. We think about you often when we are in South Jetty and hear all the folks having a blast in the Sand Dunes
@@JustPassingThru Good to read, hopefully it's behind you, literally! When we get our '24 schedule together, I'll shoot you an email, see how it lines up with your schedule. We're almost always there over July 4th.
LOL, I should have explained that noise, it was the smoker as it has a auger that pumps in wood pellets when needed and a fan to keep the air flowing. The ribs turned out great, so well worth the noise (at least from our perspective)
