I got an estimate on my roof to get forty-two shingles replaced, and this one company wanted to replace the whole roof for $10,000, and a lot of other roofing companies that I had contacted, told me that they don't do partial roof repairs, and I have until next year to get the roof fixed, how? If I can't trust these companies to do the right thing, instead are trying to do something that's not in the contract, they think that I don't know what they're trying to do, they're trying to scam me out of paying them money that I don't have!!!
We did relief work for a company when Louisiana (lake Charles) when the hurricanes hit The guy payed us nothing... And I mean $0 Guy out of Georgia, called me a houston local handyman to come help. He robbed clients, left jobs unfinished, didn't pay his workers... He collected the FEMA checks, the insurance checks and then LEFT.
@@WeOnTheComeUp You do understand that (just because something is more) expensive does not always mean better, right? And since he hasn't had any problems like leaking (rain or air), rodents/pest, etc, etc, and he hasn't had to get out done again so far, it sounds pretty obvious, to me at least. At least going off the information we have.
@@calhountubbs4031when you get your roof done it doesn’t keep rodents out. Pest control company will have to come out and seal the roof pitches and etc
That shouldn’t be the only reason for hiring them 😂 for all you know they could have screwed up on your neighbors roof and now they’re doing the same to yours. You need several ways of assuring quality work, and just seeing them work on a roof when you don’t know how it’s supposed to be done means nothing.

$20k sounds pretty high. He must work on huge roofs like the one in the video. I had mine done for $3k
