I have a 2005 Toyota Camry v6 xle everything is the same as this video and speaker is 6x9, I would definitely recommend buying a new mount for your aftermarket speaker as the default one will not fit a different speaker inside it.
I didn’t know it has 9x6 woofer for the front door speaker. Btw, can I replace the coaxial speaker instead of the component one? Will I get two tweeters after that?
I have a 2005 Camry XLE with CD changer and JBL. All OEM. My RF door speaker crackles. I would like to replace it with an OEM one so it is plug n play. Do you have a line on a good source to get one? Thanks
Well done video. I can't help but pointing out that firearms have triggers, wiring harnesses have tabs. Knowing YT's algorithms, the word "trigger" might get you in trouble. Thanks for a job well done.
It will be very similar if not the same And don't worry about door speakers I'm 16 and can do them in minutes One of the easiest things you can do on a car
Is this a XLE? Can't find the speaker size for the front door of an XLE and the front doors of a 03 camry has 6X9s 5" 6" and 6.5" and I'm not sure which size is in a XLE.
Push in on the right knob on the stereo (Mode button) multiple times to cycle through your options. You should see abbreviations for Bass, Treble, Balance and Fade. The fade setting lets you adjust the signal between the front and rear speakers. It is possible that your stereo is set to only play on the rear channel. Just adjust the fade to the other side of the scale to make sure the front speakers sound okay, then adjust it until the signal sounds the same coming from the front and the rear.
Hidden screws revealed really made this a quick job. Thanks!
Thanks for such a easy to follow concise video, my door handle broke and I needed to change it, your video made it so much easier - Thanks.
Great job I have to change the door handle so I’m going to change the door speakers
put 2 shallow pioneer 6x9s in today, vid was a huge help.
Wonderfully clear, thank you!
Do you have a video on replacing the dash speakers. They look really difficult.
It's just kinda tight squeeze. But the grills pop off and you unbolt the speaker
