It seems like a trade-off between either having lots of space for activities, gardening, a pond (Пруд), outdoors stuff, or having much easier access to shopping, events, pools, banyas, et cetera. Personally I find it a tough trade-off, because I love ponds and gardening, but if the apartment is near tall trees with lots of singing birds, and a balcony, I'd choose the apartment.

@@mikeunt44 World Bank has updated the world’s GDP at purchasing power parity (PPP) The organization estimates that Russia is among the world’s top economies. Russia became the world’s fourth-largest economy, ahead of Japan. Russia also became the first country in this list of Europe, ahead of Germany. The GDP data presented are based on official country data published by the World Bank and IMF in purchasing power parity terms. The PPP was introduced in the 30 years of the 20th century into the practice of statistics in the UK to objectively assess the defense potential of countries. Nominal GDP simply indicates who has more money. GDP by PPP shows precisely the SIZE of the economy in a particular country. This indicator will be the most objective in determining the rating of the state economy. But, as we all see, money is not smeared on bread, and do not full the tank. It is the physical availability of goods and services that is important. And therefore GDP on PPPs is much more important. For example, Russia has one of the lowest electricity tariffs. It is almost ten times lower than in the UK, four times lower than in continental Europe, and twice lower than in the US. The cost of utilities is 5 times lower. Russia has become one of the top three economies in the world with the lowest per capita public debt ($2,076). It also included India ($ 1,316 per person) and Indonesia ($ 1,747). Over the past two years, Russia has built 100 million square meters of housing. Who bought them? Russians bought 26 percent more cars in 2023 than last year. Where did the money come from? (for just 23,000 more could buy a house and land in Russia). I could buy a lot to build a house on for about $350,000 (they won't let us live in a shed though). I could buy an apartment coffin for about $380,000---$530,000 (with monthly maintenance fees of $400/month, $200/month heating, water $50-100/month, plus taxes of $150-200/month). So just to live in an apartment coffin you own it would be at least $700-800 a month in fees, heating, water. If the gov't comes up with more climate change taxes you'd be paying even more. Land and a house like the first one you show here would be $1,200,000-$1,500,000 if it was slightly outside of town. Taxes and fees of course go up also. Canada is certainly not worth these prices.

A house with a yard in the outskirts is more convenient for pet lovers and gardening than an apartment in high rise building.

In Russia, the dictatorship of conscience is a dictate of God and the Divine World.
Russia is now a capitalist society with authoritarian rule. The model of society called authoritarian social capitalism is being built.
It is dangerous not to have an opinion and a powerful counterweight... Never trust the world community if your country has oil - or at least something (from Colonel Gaddafi’s lessons for the world’s leaders). Although, if you are willing to be by managed resource, you have nothing to fear, what they will tell you - you will do! They will say to give - and you will to give , they will tell you die - and you'll die. And even you'll thank him for it...... that’s what a dictatorship is.
The Russian World focuses on the formation of Man as the God of Word, and neokons focuses on the formation of man - as the Slave of Sin - with all the resulting strategies for the formation of the "new man" and the "new world order".
As long as there are Russians, the world will not collapse.
I'm from Canada - Winnipeg to be exact. The house prices in Russia, even the rental prices in Russia are a HUGE draw for Canadians for sure. The housing market is ridiculous. i've met many families who have sold their houses because of the Tax rates going up and mortgage recalculations too high to manage. They had to sell their house and move into a rental townhouse. AND they aren't alone. They are living with siblings, cousins. Anyone to reduce the cost of the rentals which is also absurd. Also, new Canadians (Ukrainians) having to rent with 4 adults in one house (2 couples) just to afford it! These are fully grown adults who have jobs, salaries, etc. All unable to afford to live in homes. We are NOT considered an 'expensive' city. It's crazy.

I could buy the wood to build a 9x10 Cedar shed BunkHouse (to build myself) for $7,000.

#4 for me!! I live near Gettysburg, PA. My home is 4beds, 2.5baths, 2 car garage, full basement, 2 story, central air, fancy back patio and fully landscaped. $360,000.
I would love to go to an Area of the Countryside. Buy a small house & a few Acres. Beside a River or lake. An area with a nice climate
@@Diana-vc4lt Sorry. I Can’t convert to English. 😳🤔
@@briancostello6892 Around our house there is a forest and the Ob River. :)
Watching from Italy 🇮🇹
For me this is a great video, it shows me the diffrent types of houses per price
I'm enjoying all those pics with skies full of puffy clouds instead of the "streaks" we have had over here. What about large tracts of land? How about at least 100 acres or 40.5 hectares or more? Here in Tennessee the real estate market is so hot it is pricing the natives out of any large tracts now.
I made a live showing those amounts those are actually usually farm lands not for just living a home
He recently had a stream where they discussed the value of Earth. It's easier to watch than to retell it all!
You cant own farmland in russia without being a citizen....they will say there is ways around it....but the ways are you dont end up owning the home ultimately.
The house for $134,530 I'd snatch that up in a second if I was ready! What a fantastic house and deal!
You would be amazed about taxes for your property. My house with land is about $350k-$400k. Taxes are around $50 per year. Household utilities are around $ 20-$80 (depends on the season), unlimited internet 100 m/b - $12 per month
Watching from Los Angeles USA
Wow, very interesting!!!!
I’m close. Watching from Alaska. Our generation has a crazy story of how we got here. My great grandparents used to live around the Kamchatka Peninsula Russia. They moved away at the start of communism.
St Augustine Florida the average house is 400 thousand dollars. Young people can't afford to buy a house..those interior doors and hardware are very expensive in the states .Maybe show the pay scale of the different careers , trades and so on , thanks .
There are no houses in the £30,000 pounds mark anywhere near me, probably cheapest is around £250,000. And thats a tiny 2 bed house, with very small living spaces, either one very tiny garden or maybe no garden, i have said before, l am from Wales, near mountains of Brecon (uk). Wow some beautiful places. Me i would like a more rural setting similar area to yours. So i have peace and quiet, some fishing, hiking, do my geology stuff. The posts you do on property prices for me is ideal, i can gauge on where and what i could do. So if possible more like this.
If you’d like any specific price range please feel free to let me know I’ll make a special video

I'm an American living in Japan. If you are willing to move in the middle of nowhere in Japan, you can get some abandoned houses for next to free. But, the catch is, as it is in Russia I'm sure, is the cost of building materials. Building materials have been going up all over the world. Russia does have lots of land so I could see getting a country place with lots of land cheap. But keep reno costs in mind.
I am watching from the UK ( England )
I'm watching from Memphis, Tennessee. Keep up the good work! God Bless the United States & Russia!

Dan, Leo from south central Montana. Hell no you cant get a house in Montana for the 30K price. I just paid mine off a couple of weeks ago. Dan, it gets 25 to 30 below zero during the winter months where I live. Not all of the time though. How are houses there insulated compared to here?
Well the heating is easier because the original
Houses are smaller (not tiny) just smaller than the regular western house. They have central stoves that heat up the whole house.
But modern houses have electric floor heating and the outside has insulation material which I don’t know the name of I’ll use it when I build the house
I want somewhere in Syberia, wild and beautiful areas. And view for mountains

Hello to Fiji!
Need third house on 3 acres. Warmer climate but access to outdoorsman sports such as fishing riding and hunting.

Beautiful houses especially the first choice I love to live in open space❤
I wish I could afford to relocate some day 🙏🏽
Thank you for information bro ✌🏽
I hope you can too! Thanks for watching
The second house would be perfect for me. 10 acres so you could still build more on the property. Do you remember where this property was?
My friend these are 10 COT
10 acres is the bad translation of «сот» which is 100 m2. 10 acres is 404 sot, or 4 hectare, which is probably zoned as agricultural land, which means that only a Russian citizen can buy it.
