    Как тяжело живется иностранцам без знания русского языка
    1 Такой участок по площади можно получить в большинстве районов России совершенно бесплатно (например свободные участки в СНТ, далее его зарегистрировать на себя в собственность)
    2 Про то что если чиновник уходит в отпуск то все останавливается - это ложь. По закону его функции передаются другому уполномоченному лицу, так что ничего не останавливается.

    A chainsaw is definitely a homestead tool you need to have. Just be mindful of the tip of the chainsaw bar it can make the saw kick back if it makes contact with the ground or other solid objects. Great video thanks again 💯👍

    • @BotinokA
      @BotinokA 2 дня назад +1

      @@Wild-Siberia Here you need to pay attention to what @timothypeterson1903 says: when you saw with a chainsaw, try to saw not with the end of the saw, but with the part located closer to the engine. This is important. When sawing with the very tip, you risk getting a strong kickback when it catches. This can lead to both a simple bruise and a fracture. The chain can break, which is also very dangerous.
      There is even a toothed stop on the body of the chainsaw for cutting. And it is not for nothing that it is located at the base.
      All the brightest and clearest to you!

    You need to get a set length for firewood. Using a an aluminum yardstick/meterstick cut to length, bent 90 degrees, and attached to the chainsaw barnear the end will allow you to slightly mark the length needed. Detach the bar and cut along the marks just made when ready to cut. This allows for easier stacking and better efficiency. I have been cutting firewood for about 15 years now. I also work on Stihl chainsaws.

    Although I love me some saws (we have 2 chainsaws at my request) it’s a bit of an overkill for those boards and it’s probably the least needed saw for building a house and annexes, it’s not the most precise. ☺️ You need an angle grinder, a dropsaw and a jigsaw for the house for about everything.
    But you seem to have fun with the chainsaw and it’s a decent brand (I think you said Stihl), you’ll need it for firewood/logs anyway.
    Have you considered asking other expats for help building your home? Some of them seem to be fairly experienced in construction.

I HUGHLY recommend that you sometimes get a replacement chain that is better than what comes stock. It has a YELLOW LINK on the chain! This identifies the chain.? Ask someone who sells Stihl saws or operates them. The yellow link chain will virtually chew up the stick chain and spit it out! I can't recommend the yellow link chain enough!

If you can find "Carlton" chain it is a little better than Stihl, designed by same Stihl Engineer after they let him go. I buy it by the roll.

    Why do you need building permit?
    In Russia there is no need of building permit to build a house 🤔
    You only need to inform the municipality that you are going to build

      To build a house, all I had to do is give them a drawing of the project and then I can start building, I didn't need to wait for any approval

    Building a home is never easy. You kind of have to follow through the process step by step. Every country, region, and piece of property is different which means there isn’t a set scheme you can work by. Most issues are in my opinion legal (paperwork, certificates, plans, measurements), environmental (building materials, type of ground, machinery, weather), neighbors. At least your project is progressing despite the hurdles so I feel that’s a good thing 😅
