    Don't neglect your storage and your humidity. Get a good dehumidifier, store your transfers in a sealed case with desiccant and toss some desiccant packets into your shirt cases.
    I'm a novice to pressing shirts but I've been 3D printing since 2017 and the war with humidity is a real one when you're 3d printing because raw filament loves water.
    I hope this helps some of you guys who are in humid environments like I am.

    Preheated garments
    Dialed in correct temps
    Hot peel
    Cover sheet
    No cover sheet
    Same problem.
    Can’t build a brand with faulty transfers.

    This is interesting. I was thinking this could be an issue with some items that shrink a lot. Some sweatshirts AGGRESSIVELY shrink. I need to test more on my stuff before I release my first shirts.

    This is facts. Imperative to get the moisture out the garments and follow up with a quick press

    What’s up Brandoh! I’ve been coming to your channel A LOT for references. Thank you for pumping out the content you do - it’s definitely helpful. I’m adding a few items from your Amazon store to my cart and I’m looking to setup my heat press with the clips and sheet like you. If possible can you let me know what’s clips you’re using? Thanks man!

    Leaving the hoodie in the dryer for a long time can cause that too. Wash cold and air dry. Or.. wash cold then don’t leave your hoodie in the dryer for a long time lol

    All transfers are going to wrinkle some of them more than others but they all going to wrinkle a bit all you have to do is Flip the shirt or the hoodie inside out and just press them for 5 seconds that’s all

      I received a shirt with wrinkles in the transfer and it hasn’t been washed. I’m not having much luck with the seller yet, what do you do any good to turn it inside out and iron it a little bit? I don’t wanna make it worse in case I do end up being able to get an exchange

    Im new to pressing or any of this but my first run I dished out the money (even though I'm in Canada so prices went up quite a bit) and went with Supercolor mostly for the fact they pre cut your transfers and try their best to center them. Made it easier for me to center them on the garment with my cheaper start up press/lack of experience. Just curious though, is there much of a difference in feel/quality between supercolor and transfer express? With my hoodies I want to do multiple prints on each and thinking the cost of supercolor will leave no profit compared to ganging with transfer express but also don't want any quality drops for the buyers

    My biggest issues with my supacolor transfer is I rarely get a perfect press. For most of my press a corner always peels up after my first press and I have to press again. A couple times it has ruined the shirt order as I peel up and a corner pops up and goes back down on itself.

    • @Patsman2993
      @Patsman2993 3 года назад +1

      Have you tried using a teflon sheet? I had that problem as well but you have to go through a few different test (changing pressure, temp, press times). Also pre pressing helps if you dont already.

    • @602azdad7
      @602azdad7 3 года назад

      @@Patsman2993 I’ve tried the Teflon sheet but had similar results. Also they recommend not using one since it takes away from the heat. I might trying bumping up my heat and trying it again with Teflon.
      Also when i max out the pressure sometimes the carrier sheets pops up with the press and ruins the print. It just hasn’t been that easy for me pressing the supacolor transfer.

    • @Patsman2993
      @Patsman2993 3 года назад +2

      @@602azdad7 what kind of heat press do you have? That’s strange because I’ve seen Big Brandoh mention it as well as Stan Banks using teflon sheets. It helps prevent the transfer from getting stuck to the top platen from the static.

    • @602azdad7
      @602azdad7 3 года назад +2

      @@Patsman2993 I have the HPN signature series. I think supacolor recommends not using a Teflon but I could be wrong. The best luck I have with them is when I’m using a pillow pad when pressing on hoodies or seams. I might try it again with a Teflon sheet and max out with a higher temp.

    • @Patsman2993
      @Patsman2993 3 года назад +1

      @@602azdad7 yea man try it out. I have the HPN signature series auto. I did the same thing Big Brandoh does with clipping the teflon sheet to the top with magnetic binder clips. I took like an hour or two practicing and messing with the settings. Best of luck man.

    Sorry if this have nothing to with Supacolor I’m that experience yet I have questions about that HTV vinyl b-flex give me 5 or something like that does it wrinkle up like that too because I just place an order and I don’t want that to happen like the circuit htv when people wash them

    I've used Supacolor recently and was disappointed after the wash test. Some the transfers came out wrinkled and a customer claimed the whole print came off. I had the press at the correct temperature and thought I had the pressure tight. Is there another company that i can try?

    • @BigBrandoh
      @BigBrandoh  3 года назад

      could be alot of factors. your temp, your pressure, moisture in the shirt, duration. i have a video talkin about and showing how i test out transfers to find the right settings before i sell anything or even offer it to a customer. check it out if your interested.

    • @Patsman2993
      @Patsman2993 3 года назад +3

      Try adjusting the pressure and stay on the higher side of the recommended heat. If that doesnt help, try using a teflon sheet. I had that problem but the teflon sheet made it so much easier. Also, Stan Banks has videos on how he peels the supacolor transfers.
