so good to see this advice, I constantly try to figure out the price breaks with my clothing wholesaler. I discovered after 200 items there is no discount , so I only order up to 200 at a time (hope that makes sense). Appreciate you spreading the knowledge
Thank you so much. That price break was mind blowing. Quick question, do you ever use heat tape to hold your transfer down when you press? With HTV it has the sticky residue to hold transfers down to avoid shifting. I really enjoy your videos.
I ordered my first gang sheets goof proof last night. And yes, you're very right, with a little more sheets your price will greatly drop down. Will be exploring more on the things I can order to grow my business. Thank you so much for the insights.

Hi, Great video, thanks! So, in older videos you spoke of loading many designs on a larger transfer sheet. Is this no longer an option anywhere? I see on some of the suppliers pages they say "no ganging" of images/artwork. Is there anyone that will still let you do this? Isn't that most advantageous? Thanks!
Thanks for the info. Bro just got my Signature Heat press. Trying to get the Ball Rolling. Just learning the trade I also bought a 6 on 6 press. After loosing My 33 yr. Job. Thank you and God Bless from Lakewood Ca.
thanks for watchin. go to the youtube search bar and type in "Big Brandoh Trademark" and all the vids i've made about TM will be on there. this works for anything you wanna know if i made a video about just type in "Big Brandoh (whatever you wanna know)"

I have a design that has an area that's silver glitter but I haven't found a way to get it to print as a glitter look. Is it possible to heat press a small piece of glitter htv over the supacolor transfer?
Good look bro, I just started my account with them just haven't ordered anything yet. This was coo to see this before hand so now you just made my time alot more smooth for when I go in and set up my orders.
out of curiosity, wouldnt it be cheaper to just load as many graphics as possible on the largest sheet? cut and press ... would that save money? genuinely curious
You’re referring to a gang sheet which could be more or less expensive, depending on how big your design is and how much you can actually fit on a sheet. For something this big, I think they designate it to where it’s cheaper to buy them individually. Could be wrong though. Smaller designs like a 3.5x1” would be more appropriate for that kind of concept. Not sure why it’s like that, I agree itd be more logical your way lol
how long does it take you to complete one shirt? how much is your labor/time worth? what is your blank shirt cost? what does it cost for the front and back prints? if you answered all those questions, you'll have your answer. i have alot of videos about pricing on my channel. check'em out
By purchasing through your link and it taking me to heat transfer warehouse site. Will it take longer to ship..my 1st time ordering. B4 i came to your page i went to supacolor website and it was asking questions i don't know. About the bitmap and pixels specs and stuff like that.
i do buy directly from supacolor but not everybody has a reseller permit/wholesale license to do so. so i make videos that speaks to a wider audience to make things easier to understand
Hey Brandoh, What temp do you use with Supacolor? The suggested 320 didn't work for me. I have the same Heat Press Nation press and have the temp set up to 345 since my press runs 10 degrees cooler than the set temp. Maximum pressure at 15 sec and 5 sec pre-press. But about 50% of the time they don't stick completely.
i use 321, 16 secs, heavy pressure, with a teflon sheet. this is just my guess but your issue might be in the hot peel. when you peel the backing. peel fast and low to the shirt. dont peel UP, peel away. once you start dont stop. commit to the pull.
nope. you can operate with transfers and a heat press. if you dont need certain equipment for your statement of work, dont waste your money on that equipment. operate the way you want and at your budget
i got a video showing how i cartoon stuff. check it out. i think the thumbnail is a pic of a burger. look up "big brandoh pen tool" or "big brandoh cartoon" or "big brandoh photoshop" cant remember what i called it.
So the backround always has to saved with as transparent? Also as it was from photo shop did u vectorize it? Or leave it raster?...Big brandoh salute 💯 been a lil confused on this topic also.. that 50 piece was mind blowing
this was a rastar image. 300dpi cmyk photoshop file as explained in the vid. the reason i showed that and chose this design to show is for that main reason to show you can upload a rastar image thats 300dpi
is it possible to upload from procreate straight up instead of ai? i do alot of handrawn designs :( but im so afraid of ordering and not getting the right thing
you gotta hire somebody that knows how to use photoshop or illustrator. lots of graphic designers out there ready to work with you. have them turn your idea into a digital file so you can use it to make shirts.
Great video man. Do you know if there is a different pricing structure when signing up on the site as either a "Personal Use or Unregistered Businesses" vs "Professional Printers & Manufacturers"? I'm guessing there's a reason they included that. Edit: This is in regards to the actual supercolour NZ website. Not sure if transfer warehouse asks anything similar.
from my understanding HTW is for the "unregistered business/personal use" people. i personally dont know the price difference between the two options on the NZ Site sorry. i would email them and ask them directly tho
yea measure the shirt, put sone tape on the area you want to print on, measure the dimensions of the tape and design to those measurements. works on adult shirt, kids shirts, womens etc...
sorry but i know nothing about printing transfers from home. so i wouldnt know if the printer you are looking into investing in is a good move or a good machine. i use companies like supacolor cuz i dont wanna deal with the hassle of trying to match their print quality from home.

totally agree. but when it comes to multi color printing. dtg printers dont let you group designs together and screen printers doing 4 color process prints dont let you either. so when compared to those other multi color options, its easy for me to find which route is cheapest. but i agree with you, i wish they let you group designs together. but also remember, bigger transfer sheets for more designs also comes with a way bigger price tag.
@@BigBrandoh Yeah I get you.. Supacolor is definitely fantastic with full color designs. Can't deny that. And when taking full color into consideration, their prices are on point.
