GoodEveving my big big problem at the moment is that my team logos on there jerseys all are faded i use the (3g opaque heat transfer paper inkjet) my pressing time 350° /30s i uses the (hp 2375 printer inkjet ) i would really appreciate you helping me with this problem.
i dont use any of those inkjet transfers, so i wouldnt know what the issue is or whats causing the issue for you. one of my big reasons i stay away from those transfers is the quality.
Man, I remember I spent $500 at wild style, used there biggest gang sheet and made hella prints, got them in, didn’t like how they worked and had questions so I hit them up and boom, big ol out of business sign on the website. Expensive lesson learned.
years ago, rawtoons sent me an invite to a tradeshow. i found a new transfer company that looked dope and felt dope. i placed a big ass order. couldnt lay none of them shits down hahahaaaaa
Get them samples first! I almost ordered supacolor cuz of all the hype. When I got their samples, the feel was just not for me. Feels like ink jet iron on transfer paper.
i dont print any transfers from home. im not sure what is needed to print transfers from home. i use screen printed transfers. i own a sublimation printer but i do not use it for shirts and hoodies. cuz i dont use 100% polyester shirts or hoodies. i use my sub printer for socks and masks only
@@BigBrandoh thank you i appreciate your response. I'm new to this. I just ordered the press machine and transfer paper. Just don't know about the printer
Always great tips. I ordered a white toner design sample. I followed the instructions and it didn't give me great results. Instead it has deterred me from going that route. Going the supacolor and transfer Express route
Im making my first order with supacolor with a family tree for someone's family reunion i went with the biggest transfer sheet size they have but what should be a good size for the artwork
Trying to avoid mistakes champ... thats why i watch your vidz... was going to ask you the time and pressure u use on transfer express on tshirt and for hoodies. Tnx cuzzzooooo..
OG Big Brandoh, thank you for this! I'm a small vet own business and looking at Supacolor.....do you happen to know other competitors for backups that range at that level? Thank you in advance OG.
Great advice! Since I got my press last week, been making shirts for the kids to get that testing done! Question for ya, I want to try to get into sublimation later and know I need to get printer set up and poly blanks. Do you have a vid on suggestions for ink?
I use transfer express.. I’ve always liked them but recently they’ve been fuckin up my designs and won’t refund me money. Shits ridiculous when I’m losing $2-$300 per order
@bigbrandoh I was able to save for a plotter, I'm now going to shop for a press. My question for bulky items like sweaters and hoodies what's better a swing away , slide out or can I use regular clamshell press ?
Salute big brandoh 💯 also I seen a comment about you said you have to send a vector file from illustrator to the transfer company.. but can u send a vector file from photo shop? 🤔 I just bought photo shop..
@@BigBrandoh ok I'ma have to Google that later also one last thing can things from photo shop be transferred to illustrator for a vector file or should I make all the designs in illustrator? My bad I'm literally just getting started I don't know the lingo or the process for that. Also so what's the purpose for photo shop? I just ordered my cameo 4 plus waiting for it to arrive with my 15 x 15 heat press
Big Brandoh good video bro and advice... I do understand the wash test for the t shirt but eventually over time you will notice a little change in the transfer as you wash and put in the dryer over time.... But definitely make sure it holds a good wash at least 2 times before going with that company... I would always just wash in the appropriate colors and dry hang the garment... If you want it to last a long time just take it to the cleaners.
yeah hang dry is always a good way to do things but i like to machine wash and machine dry when i test my stuff out. cuz chances are, thats what the customer will be doing too hahahaaa
I had same issue. I tried both hot split and goof proof and both exhibited cracking. Try FM expressions, vintage formula. Similar feel with no cracking. FM Expressions offer free samples of all their formulas. Check em out.
Thanks for all the knowledge.

How do you get samples
Do I need a sublimination printer with sublimination ink to be able to use heat transfer paper for printing on shirts or sweaters

i use sawgrass printer and inks. probably not the most cost effective option out there but it works for what i use it for
@@BigBrandoh cool, thanks bro. Gonna check it out

Yo brother what is that little sticker scoring blade that you use to cut the back of your stickers
This was encouraging. At times I get burned out on my own business simply because of weeding, I really need to give a couple transfer companies a try.
For my printer shirts test I have to buy extra shirts instead that one is going to be shipped
@bigbrandoh I was able to save for a plotter, I'm now going to shop for a press. My question for bulky items like sweaters and hoodies what's better a swing away , slide out or can I use regular clamshell press ?
For bulky stuff swing away is better the press that slide sometimes when you slide it under the heat platen sometimes they move because they're bulky.
💎 always putting out great content!

Salute big brandoh 💯 also I seen a comment about you said you have to send a vector file from illustrator to the transfer company.. but can u send a vector file from photo shop? 🤔 I just bought photo shop..
Photoshop doesnt do vector, It's a raster program.
@@SINIStER5577 so I'll have to buy illustrator then to be able to do that?
photoshop is not a vector program its actually a raster program. illustrator is a vector program.

What could be the problem with my goof proof transfers from transfer express cracking after 3 to 5 washes.
I had same issue. I tried both hot split and goof proof and both exhibited cracking. Try FM expressions, vintage formula. Similar feel with no cracking. FM Expressions offer free samples of all their formulas. Check em out.
Too much heat and pressure, or u need to pre press the garment more so there’s no moisture trapped under the transfer
just getting into transfers. i screen print. did the transfers come with instructions?
