I agree with what you said, especially about having print on demand for yourself and I use supacolor for alot of generic orders but let's be honest. Most people are not ordering at least 50 transfers. Your example of 50 works but at 120 shirts I can get them screen printed cheaper including setup and better feel. Supacolor Is for certain level and I have no problem with them and they have great customer service. I am just stating if you give examples dont make it seem like a blank statement for everything.
so what your saying is i should make videos the way you wanna hear them? or what your saying is you cant do a 120 piece order with supacolor? i dont understand your question or what you are implying. but i'll give you a good example of a larger size order. i just did 240 pieces. front and back print locations. both locations multi color. i also used transfers and my heat press. I was able to still be very profitable and cut the customers print cost in half from his first 3 quotes from screen print shops. I gave him my estimate, told him to shop around for other prices and if he can find the prices cheaper than what i offered. no harm done. i aint mad he found a better deal. But he ordered thru me, because i was still cheaper and was able to turn around the job quicker. i talk about shit on my channel, because i actually operate my businesses this way. if you dont agree with how i run my business and the information i share, you have the freedom to provide your own information on youtube as well. theres no gate keepers here. anybody can do this. you have better prices for what you do or dont like how i do things, be my guest and create your own content to give the people the information you wanna share. but dont tell me how i should be making videos or how i should share information hahahahahaaaa obviously i dont operate the way you do. hahahaaa
For the people... lets see some numbers on how you get a 5 color print at 120 pieces including set up to be cheaper than Supacolor. Heres supacolor's numbers... this same design shown in the video at 120 pieces. is under $3 a print. you can go to Supacolor.bigbrandoh.com to verify this price and order for yourself. now let us know where you go so we can verify numbers and order some screen printed shirts just like you thats cheaper than that?

There are tons of DTG places that will give you a good price on shirts. Even big guys like Printful, Printify, Teelaunch, Gooten all between $7-$8 a shirt. I personally go through a company called Fuel POD, DTG shirts at $5.50 Each shirt and print included. Quality is great, i've had one of my shirts for over a year and still looks good washed almost weekly. You can also find DTF Transfers for cheaper than Supacolor which Supacolor is basically DTF printing as is anyways. Also tons of screen printing places you can go through that will be cheaper than $10 a shirt for a 4 color print at 48-50 quantity that dont charge set up fees. As a printer going to another printer, they will typically discount especially if you bring in alot of orders.
nice. thanks for sharing. so this is a POD service we're talkin about right? they handle all the fulfillment for you? i fulfill all my own orders... Bruh i like your videos but what screen printer chargers $30 per screen. Your prices are off my brother. Is that what you charged when you screen print?
@@legacy4043 dam so if its a 8 color screen print job you only charge $20? when i used to screen print i charged $20-$25 per screen. besides buying the screen, my time printing the negative, coating the emulsion, burning the screen, pressure washing the screen and setting up/checking registration is worth some value too.
@@BigBrandoh My prices also depends on quantity. Small orders get charged accordingly believe that. They're paying for every screen every color change, It has to make sense for me and like you said the time put in to everything. I recently got a great deal on a Icolor 500 for 500 so I'm going to test this out see how it goes with that. Do you have any experience with these types of printers?
Great vid bro! This might be a different topic, do you experience issues in pressing supacolor transfers where in the initial peel the edge is not sticking very well? I have to put the cover back and press again for few more seconds for the entire edge to stick. I'm using the same time, temp and pressure you recommended in the other video, basically same settings recommended by supacolor. But for some reason I'm still getting this issue at times, not consistent. Not sure if it's just me. Appreciate the help.
check out my new video of how i press supacolor. it might help with that. its also all in how you peel the backing. dont go slow. its all in the wrist. hahaa peel and pull
In my overall opinion DTG is a very annoying process. and I feel like the pretreatment chemical is definitely bad for you and your garment. Multi color transfers > DTG. I can't knock the DTG to much though Its a great machine to have if your running 1 off orders and you sell different t-shirts every week online. But these days transfer quality is just to good to overlook.
it probably is. how much is the set up, printer, paper, ink? are we talking for personal production or mass printing for customers? also, how many 8x10's can we print in an hour? im only asking so i can get a better idea of where your coming from.
@@BigBrandoh they dont charge set up u can order 1 print if u want u can gang the sheets there's lots of places that print them u can get a prints for 1.99 a sq ft or less

@@BigBrandoh if u ganged the the sheets with a dtf u have around a dollar a transfer some places are faster then others depending where u order them from print and hand feel is just as good if not better rhy did a test on dtf he liked the feeling better and no edge glue either I've never had the glue problem from where I get min

Bengar, Color Match, MP Print, Gonzalez Print, Elso Print, Screen Masters, Distink... Are all shops around me that charge $30 per screen currently.
@@BigBrandoh damn I'm in the wrong market I need to be where you at. Good shyt though keep up the good work. Me $20 setup up fee not per
Always keepin it a buck. 👊...hilariously, an Ad for DTG printers came on right after the video. 🤣
Appreciate this info
Good video thanks
Sound like a pressure issue
Supacolor been good for me
I agree
IT'S MY BIRTHDAY BRANDOH!
What program do use to make your vector designs?
adobe illustrator
Yo Brando I was wondering if your Supacolor transfers leave a bit of a clear outline ?
and if it’s not just me do most customers mind it?
Great video!
Do supercolor ship internationally coz am from Africa Kenya
yes. hit them up and they'll help you out
How long can the transfers last on the shelf?
for years
What transfers would you recommend for a photo??
these
Just placed my first order. Shipping was almost the price of my purchase 😔
Awesome!
Amazing review. Now I can make my final decision. #supacolor
Thanx for the info
This is great....now body never tell you the price
#Supafam
Dope shit Brando !
makes sense tho💯
BIG BRANDOH SALUTE... YOU GOTTA PAY TO PLAY... If it ain't your lane stay out of it...
You are going to come out of pocket.
No if ands or buts about it. I just keep it real. IG:anthonyprogress
dtf is cheaper then supacolor
it probably is. how much is the set up, printer, paper, ink? are we talking for personal production or mass printing for customers?
also, how many 8x10's can we print in an hour?
im only asking so i can get a better idea of where your coming from.
@@BigBrandoh they dont charge set up u can order 1 print if u want u can gang the sheets there's lots of places that print them u can get a prints for 1.99 a sq ft or less
oh we're talkin bout ordering DTF prints from a shop. i thought you meant printing them on your own. nice.
so as an example, if i wanted to order 120 DTF Transfers. 8x10 like in this video. i'm lookin at $2 or under per print. whats the average turn around time? in your opinion, print quality and hand feel? about the same as Supa or softer feel? can you see the adhesive around the edges?
@@BigBrandoh if u ganged the the sheets with a dtf u have around a dollar a transfer some places are faster then others depending where u order them from print and hand feel is just as good if not better rhy did a test on dtf he liked the feeling better and no edge glue either I've never had the glue problem from where I get min
Hey Brando! I know you read the comments more than dm but if you can check it out. Bought a shirt from you and had a question? thanks! @life_project_ thanks 👍
