After 8 years out of the gym due to Rheumatoid arthritis, i have eventually got back in the grove, and the advice of warming up the shoulders this way was an inspiration for me as i struggle with my shoulders. I tried this warm up movement with two 2kilo weights this morning , and the difference inworking my shoulders was made a lot more comfortable, had a great back and shoulder work out this morning all because of Eddies warm up . We always did incline presses alternating every rep: L R L R L R L R etc. You do your reps L L L L, R R R R. Is there any reason for that or just personal preference? (Of course, we never used weights anything near what you use! And those dumbbell holders make it a lot safer than hauling them off the ground for each set.)

It’s all good and well saying there’s no excuse to miss a session Eddie, as it’s just taken someone like you 20 mins to get a shoulder session in, but think of the 99% of people who actually graft and have a proper job. We come home after a 12 hour shift exhausted, we don’t have the mental or physical energy for a gym session. Your days work is your gym session. Also the normal folk don’t have the privilege to access a home gym. Have some empathy for the workers Eddie.
Literally 5 years ago I worked two jobs?! Full time mechanic in the day Part time doorman at night Worked over 100 hours a week and trained 20 hours a week for 15+ years. #NoExcuses

You can use ur knees to get anything under 50 up easy, and if you can’t then you don’t lift it
