      Why would you use them if you’re not lifting heavy?
      You can use ur knees to get anything under 50 up easy, and if you can’t then you don’t lift it

      @@Brieen Well 'Heavy' is relative person to person. So if I'm overhead pressing 44Kg dumbbells, it might be light to WSM 2017 Eddie Hall, but to me using my knees takes a lot of effort.

    After 8 years out of the gym due to Rheumatoid arthritis, i have eventually got back in the grove, and the advice of warming up the shoulders this way was an inspiration for me as i struggle with my shoulders. I tried this warm up movement with two 2kilo weights this morning , and the difference inworking my shoulders was made a lot more comfortable, had a great back and shoulder work out this morning all because of Eddies warm up .     Please do more of these for more muscle groups, these are a huge inspiration and proof that you have no excuses to not get your workouts in, 90% of the time people spend 20 minutes on their phone sitting on the john, thats time you could be getting big

      Been lifting for over 6 years since I was 12 I’m pretty strong at 19 but I won’t even try to get to Eddie’s level lol the work he put in to do the 500kg deadlift and win wsm would make average athletes quit what a legend Eddie is

    We always did incline presses alternating every rep: L R L R L R L R etc.
    You do your reps L L L L, R R R R.
    Is there any reason for that or just personal preference? (Of course, we never used weights anything near what you use! And those dumbbell holders make it a lot safer than hauling them off the ground for each set.)

    It’s all good and well saying there’s no excuse to miss a session Eddie, as it’s just taken someone like you 20 mins to get a shoulder session in, but think of the 99% of people who actually graft and have a proper job. We come home after a 12 hour shift exhausted, we don’t have the mental or physical energy for a gym session. Your days work is your gym session. Also the normal folk don’t have the privilege to access a home gym. Have some empathy for the workers Eddie.

      Literally 5 years ago I worked two jobs?!
      Full time mechanic in the day
      Part time doorman at night
      Worked over 100 hours a week and trained 20 hours a week for 15+ years.
