    Low fat food tastes very bad, so to make up for the poor taste, food producers add tons of sugar. Yes that's right, all these years you thought you were being healthy by eating low fat food you were actually eating MORE calories than you thought. One really bad food that you may think is really healthy is low fat YOGURT, it is actually one of the most sugary foods available.

    **bile salt supplements should be taken //after// a meal has had an opportunity to go through chemical digestion (stomach acid)** not with the meal at the same time. I’d take mine about 45-60 minutes after I’ve finished a meal high in fat soluble vitamins and skip it in anything that’s not as nutritionally dense. I also started a TUDCA supplement a while back that totally cleaned up my liver first. Was very noticeable in my skin. I’m starting the ox bile on Friday.

    It’s important not to take Tudca or ox bile, until 1 to 2 hours after you’ve eaten, otherwise it will neutralise your stomach acids needed to break down food
    Ideally, you’ll take Pepcid with hydrochloride before as you age, and then one to 2 hours afterwards, is when you take ox bile Tudca or digestive enzymes, if you take them all at the same time when you eat, it’s like driving a car with 1 foot slammed on the brakes and one slammed on the accelerator

    Some of the GP in U.K. need to see this videos, man I’ve been struggling from last few months due to bile deficiency with regular cramps and stuff, what do GP say? It’s Gastro take Lanzaprazole. Everything has 1 answer, Lanzaprazole
    Did my own research in relation to the pain I had and seeing this and Dr Berg video I started taking bile supplements because I don’t have a gallbladder… it’s been few days and it’s better

    • @Wonderer888
      @Wonderer888 Год назад +3

      I agree while GPs are helpful some of the time, they’re NOT most of the time, which is a frustration because sometimes they are the middleman between you the actual help you need from a specialist. If you’re lucky they might refer you to the right person after months if not years of stuffing you first with gaviscons, omeprazoles and lanzaprazole. Shakes my head.

    • @javiismael1480
      @javiismael1480 Год назад +5

      @@Wonderer888 absolutely agree, they did same with my Gallstones saying I have no problems after multiple blood tests and giving tons and tons of antibiotics + Lanzaprazole and when I got really annoyed trusting them for 2 years they send me to do a scan and found gallstone’s. They absolutely useless
      The health care needs to be reformed in U.K. and more help need to be provided in GP for further checks rather then referrals to hospital all the time.
      Added features should be:
      1st spend time with patients for 20 to 30 mins discussing the issue in details
      2nd have scan operating machines in GP for quick go scans
      3rd have specialist nutritionist too
      Rather then having 10 to 15 admin people and receptionist.

      There should be something we could do about so many medical doctors! I told my (medical gp)pcp that I was taking Devil's Claw for my chronic back pain, but had stopped b/c I read it thinned the blood somewhat. I'm 72 and don't need too thin blood. Before I got back for the results of my physical, she had done some research- probably had more of an idea of where to look other than youtube videos! She told me with all my results and what she had found, I can take the Devil's claw within reason without worry of too thin blood. I truly appreciated her doing that. I've been looking for a replacement since my dr. for 15 years decided to move back up north (her home). I'm thinking this one will be a good fit!

    i was told I had to have emergency gall bladder surgery and I asked my Doctor why couldn't they use the laser ultra sound to bust the stones up and he said they did not do that anymore and why was I making such a big deal about it because 'YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A GALLBLADDER" to live. I fought it, but was in the hospital in such pain that can only be compared to "child labor" and agreed to have the surgery. Was not told about the all of the LIFE LONG disgusting nightmarish issues I would be dealing with concerning digestion issues. I have had a sinus infection off and on for over a year now, feel horrible, tired, weak, bloating, gas and will not go into the other gory details as everyone on here is well aware of. I happen to see a video by Dr. Berg about needing "ox bile" if you have had your gallbladder removed. I just ordered it last night and read the hundreds of reviews and most say it was a "God send" and I can not wait. Doctors today make me sick and I am so pissed off at myself for allowing the pain I was in to make the decision to just go along with removing my gall bladder!! when my gut feeling was telling me, I did not feel right about it and the Doctor was a complete ASS when I demanded to talk to him about other options. I remember the nurse telling me when I demanded to speak to the Doctor before my scheduled surgery asking me "why are you making such a big deal about having your gall bladder removed?" and I told her "because It's my gallbladder and if at all possible would like to keep it since God created me with one!!!"

    WARNING bile malabsorption is not caused by bile deficiency. And telling people to take bile salts is dangerous if they have malabsorption. This is absolutely not adequate advice for these symptoms as you have neglected to point out what other illnesses this could be
