How about a video on connecting the 12v-24v head to a motorcycle?

I’ve bought complete set but going to return because with wireless charger there is no lever and there are no videos showing how to detach phone! Method I’m using involves a difficult way of using both hands which isn’t practical.

@@Quad_Lock That is the point: you guys have such a "great" customer service that rather than helping in order to resolve the issue, you guys go a extra mile to help customer returning the product!
Yes< I reached out to your customer services and all your advisors used same copy paste messages and they "helped" me to return the products.

Don't waste your money. Quadlock+Vibration dampener destroyed my $2,000 phones camera. - And quadlock will not cover, protect or support you.

Loved that you purchased some of the gear. If you have the 12V-24V Waterproof Wireless Charging Head it does not have the on and off button, but here is a bit more information. It must be wired through an ignition positive (not steady positive) or isolator switch with the correct in-line 3A fuse and not directly to the battery to avoid battery drain. Recommended installation by a qualified professional.

Quality products not to expensive but would like to see them more competitively priced to the wireless grab mounts because you can just add a dry box and it does the same but fully waterproof?!
Hey, but the downside to a grab style mount is you are losing the protection and security of our dual stage lock 💪 Glad you are enjoying the quality of our product 💙

@@Quad_Lock hello again Isabelle, yes possibly but my grab mount has never jammed and caused the phone to fly off!, the quad lock is pretty secure and easy to service but I do have a few niggles with it as it is not perfect 👍

Can it charge if I use universal adaptor instead of the mag case adaptor?
Hi There, Good question! The use of the Universal Adaptor may interfere with Wireless Charging, unfortunately. We cannot guarantee this will work with your setup.

You can with the 12V - 24V Waterproof Wireless Charging Head as it connects to your bikes ignition rather than the battery! Cheers - Aaron

All you do is press the two side parts and twist out! 🔥
It’s not really wireless charging truly because the cable still feeds into the 12v adapt socket.
I’ve just sent this back to you guys due to plugging this into the 12v adapter direct and bypassing the wireless charger out plugging it direct into the phone that’s on the existing mount.

Still better than plugging your phone in because the plug can get corroded from outside elements whereas the wireless charger you can’t. Plug is already plugged in to charger.
