Barclays is quirky for sure + the AA card line with them HAS to be up for a refresh. The AA CITI cards are destroying them right now. Thanks for the info + video!

I love how you are thinking ahead about your future relationship with Barclays. I haven't been able to get the B6 business card again despite being greater than 2 years.
I hope Barclays continues these offers where there is 1 purchase required. I'll pay $95-100 bucks for 60,000 airline miles anyday

I rarely use it since I don't travel, but I have a lot of miles. They offered 2000 miles for spending 500$ over the course of June thru August but I haven't bit.. maybe I can get another offer from a CSR

I got a similar retention offer: spend $300 each month for 3 months and earn 2000 pts. It was a bad offer to justify keeping the card and paying the annual fee

Nice video Michael. I had Barclays Red Aviator card for SUB. After 1 year, tried to downgrade butt Barclays said there was no downgrade option, so I cancelled card. I live in MIA so AA hub. Instead I got Citi Aadvantage personal card with 50K SUB. Barclays and Capital one is trash, trash, trash.
