  • Ever wondered what a brand new airline would offer in its business class seating? Who is Taiwan's best airline, EVA Air or Starlux? Today, we are exploring all of this as I hop aboard the all-new Starlux A350 business class from Taipei, Taiwan (TPE) to Los Angeles (LAX). Starlux has always been a highly requested video topic, and we are happy to finally bring you this comprehensive flight review. I, Ricky Zhang, and the entire Prince of Travel team strive to share with you the best of the best in business class experiences and inform you about choosing the best business class, first class, or even economy class seats for your next flight. After this experience on Starlux Airlines, I am left debating whether this new airline surpasses EVA Air (a long-time favorite in business class for trips to Asia). You will be able to judge for yourself after watching this video, where we dive into lounge access, drinks and dining, the service, and the seat itself. In your opinion, who offers the best business class flight experience?

    The Amex Platinum is not that great here in canada, FX fees and mediocore earning multiples honestly. If you travel a lot internationaly even just to the US, you are going to lose 2.5% on FX fees every time which definitley adds up. Amex lounges are great but only really available in north america with a few exceptions in London and HK, which means priority pass is really what you are going to be using. I think getting Scotiabank Passport Infinite is a great option becasue you get free passes for lounges and no fx fees. The US amex platinum is way better.

    What your opinion about Travel Credit Card for Amex Aeroplan Reserve Card instead of the Platinum Card? I’m considering getting either one of Aeroplan Reserve or Platinum. So pls give your opinion.

    • @PrinceofTravel
      @PrinceofTravel  4 месяца назад

      Both are excellent cards. Choosing one over the other would depend on whether you mainly travel with Air Canada and Star Alliance partners, or if you don’t. The Aeroplan Reserve is great for perks with Air Canada, but doesn’t offer you many benefits when travelling with other airlines. The Platinum card gives you strong lounge access around the world, as well as other benefits like mid-tier status with some hotel loyalty programs.
