I’ve got to say I’ve been watching you for two years, I stopped watching for a bit, but the definition and muscle maturity you have gained in the last year is insane. Keep going bro you are humble and inspiring for anyone trying to achieve a goal

Much appreciated the content you provide. About the sweating thing, you were talking about. You covered alot, but just for adding some more about the subject: sweating depends also how much salt is consumed (ciculating in the body), how much is eaten close to training and even the day prior, how warm is it in the room (no brainer), the stress level (from the training session itself and from life in general), stress from current social anxiety (for example from being around of other people in the gym), the nature of training session (the cardio itself and what was done beforehand; during training what are the lifts, how intense and heavy, how long are rest intervals etc), body’s fat percentage, the amount of muscle mass. Can continue, but these are probably the most relevant ones of most cases. Keep doing what you do! Raimo Estonia, Europe
G'day Sam, my name is Ronnie and I live in one of the best places in the World Australia I've just started my own version of progressive overload Day 35, already pushing heavier weights and eating well. I am very surprised at how I only have needed simply real food such as banana and some almonds, I like beef jerky before my workout. I usually play your workout with Jay Cutler and grunt along with yas both, it works for me anyway hahaha Extremely pleased with the results so far, thanks.
@@WilliamZeck mmh I remember in another video Sam said something about how dead silent was that gym. I think the mic would pick up background music… the whole aesthetic of this gym also screams no music 😁
The second you said "I need a new show" I said out loud "Lost!" The first 2-3 seasons are fantastic, yet its worth it to finish up the show in its entirety.
Hitting a plateau, slowly being convinced to just end the cut and maintain. Not sure what to do just yet gonna try and stick it out, love having Sam’s videos for cardio time.
Don’t quit bro you will keep getting leaner. Just trust me. I was in your position last year and am glad I held out. Started seeing results like 2 weeks after I was about to quit.
Yeah I think the main thing is the shoulder blades in the back double bicep look closer together slightly than they need to be, like he could widen some. Also probably some muscle control of the lower lats versus the spinal erectors and such. But looks really good, reasonable thickness to the back. People say Sulek has a back. Triceps could be bigger still, but arms look crazy shredded and the biceps are peaked. And honestly becoming more lower lat aware in flexing and when doing say barbell rows helps. Lunsford does some crazy barbell rows. Could also just be the angle of the camera the body and lighting. But really this is the pose to get down really good, in terms of posing, tan, conditioning to show off development. Although Sulek has a leaner back than stomach.
Just finished a nastyyyy back sesh in the Knick of time to watch Sam’s. Hope everyone in the comments are doing well and let the gains be with you 💪🏻😎❤️
Dude that cable row setup is perfect for felxion rows, I rarely find one that has the handle that far forward to get a good stretch in back flexion. You do you though and reduce the rom 💁🏻♂️
sam been a min since ive commented but i j been lurkin n following ur journey, but holy fuck man u look absolutely insane i swear ur waist has dropped like 4 inches in a month so happy for u bro- rob from miami
40 more days on my bulk.. cannot wait to cut down. Sam’s back is fn bananas.. the crispness and separation in his erectors and the lat spread ?!? Holy shnikeys 🤯
At 21:49 is good lighted view of Sulek back double bicep. Not the best expert, but lat tie-ins look genetically decent. Some lower lat existence/thickness. I think just the posing and lighting on the back double bicep needs more work to know how good it could look. This is also usually an indicator of lower lat development/recruitment in exercise, but Sulek has a fairly decent back. It will remain for the judges to rate his back double bicep in competition. One issue is Sulek is trying to look in the camera or mirror which throws off symmetry a bit, you can see this in the lower erectors of the back which have good development. But getting the christmas tree flexed and the lower lats flexed enough as well to see them clearly is another thing, not to mention flexing eveything else. The trick is 50% flex looks like 80% flex, it's only at 95% or higher the extra and be shown briefly. You can gauge this in the mirror easily enough.
We all want Sam to do well!!! So a little constructive criticism isn't un called for. I was happy to see Sam work in some shrugs here because think his upper back/traps could use some more work/definition to help play off the mass of his Lats. He will get there in the coming years....I have no doubt.
Bad blood is a great gangster show to watch, Altered Carbon is also really interesting and the term you are looking for would be exponential, dieting shows exponentially growing results
I’m a lil behind on the videos at about day 28 but holy shit you’ve gotten shredded I couldn’t help but laugh at how insane you look competion going to go crazy
@Sam Sulek what is the best thing to do when cutting when thinking about going 0 carb for the rest of the day after the gym? Should we still be eating carbs throughout the day to aid recovery or will we be fin goin keto for the rest of the day and then just eating carbs to sustain us the next morning prior to going to the gym?
When you get old(63) your pr or max is not only how much weight you can push, it is the most you can lift without breaking something. Consider this a heads up!🤓
Ayo, Sam! If you’d like to keep it in the realm of gangster/mob stuff, you should definitely give The Sopranos a try if you haven’t already. Great show
So I just started my first cutting phase and was wondering how many calories to lose a day in order to maintain muscle mass. I’m 6”3 and 210 looking to cut to 190. Been eating 4500 a day
The purpose of lifting during a cut is to burn more calories and deplete more glycogen out of the muscle: Which will make your body tap into more bodyfat as you feed it less
To lose as much fat and keep as much lean muscle as possible giving your body a more aesthetic muscular physique. If you never cut you hold fat but stay strong. Whether you cut or not depends on what your goal is at the gym.

I'm always in awe that Sam can remove his t-shirt without dislodging his cap and mic.
That is a genuinely accurate statement that I 100% agree with. Like how tf bro
His hat is planted to his head that's why
Also I always flip my hat backward for lat pull downs so the brim clears the bar and he just leans back more. Maybe that hits back harder and that’s why his back is bigger than mine.
That takes skill and talent 👏

Okay that's the best double back bicep shot on video I've seen Sulek do. Awesome.
amazing double back shot frfr
You all here to get your epic backshots from Sam?
Sam is so good at backshots
The single arm pull over is a game changer i know it’s been a exercise but I discovered it from Sam and it really helps gain more muscle on the back
Same. Best starter/finisher for lats there is. I think of it very much as a signature Sam exercise
Because of it I now just leave the car home and fly to the gym with my wings
Back looking nice and symmetrical!
Man, enjoying my new routine of morning coffee, bookkeeping, and Sulek check ins

If you're not a professional bodybuilder and you're just cutting for the cut, that's completely understandable to end it a little earlier
Mid section is really tightening up a lot now! Going to be so cool to see Sam show ready
I can't wait for the 2025 Bulk 😅

Bulk Theft Auto 6
Mans gonna look insane @darkphoenixzyzz
The last bulk before his first show?, i also couldn't wait for it
Starting Lost will be the best decision you ever make Sam
Me and the homies love playing your videos on the way to the gym just for your grunts mid set. It gets us hard and ready to lift 💪🏼

I don’t know what it is but his videos always motivate me and teach me more about form.

The show "from" it's basically a modern-day lost with one of the main actors from the show Lost in it as well
20:51 that's ridiculous, Keep pushing Sam, we know it aint easy these days.
