The reason why sissy squats are good for the inner part of the leg muscles is because you don’t actually reach full leg extension in that movement, you can do a regular squat with slower tempo and not extend all the way back up if sissy squats hurts at first. It’s all about stretching the muscles close to the knees

The sissy squats might actually be really beneficial for knee and quad pain. Mg knees were feeling tender too and I did sissy squats last leg day and they feel really good. I think it’s because your taking the muscles and joints into such a deep stretch and it helps to naturally load and strengthen all the tendons unlike a leg press or leg extension where the instinct is more to move a heavy load

After 3 days of watching Sam’s videos I’ve made 2 gym/weight goals and written them down Have made my own personal weekly gym split I’m going to follow and written up 2 weeks worth of meal prep to do for a calorie deficit I have 2 weeks worth so I’ll just rotate it each week and do that until I hit the weight I wanna drop to Inspiring Bloke
I just picked up a lat pull down/low row machine on Amazon, and a couple 45’s. It doesn’t sound like much, but it’s a serious upgrade to my home gym. Sulek, you’re full of inspirational quotes. I love watching the car ride the most, but even watching you beef through your sessions gives me a little extra oomph.
@ I do, but eventually I’ll have to get some more weight and some incremental stuff, I’m learning that it don’t take long to outgrow weight if you already have a little size.

Just an fyi.. Pan cooking is great but as an alternative a cup of egg whites in a coffee cup (sprayed with Pam or cooking oil spray) and nuked at about 2 min 30 seconds .. depending on microwave is much quicker if your in a rush or just want to make it easier. Seems weird I know but they're great. Put in a bowl cut it up and it's hot enough to add chopped (sliced) turkey meat and cheese after and make a quick scramble. One cup egg whites, one serving turkey, one serving cheese and 1 low carb tortilla was good for 346 calories and 46 g Protein yesterday for breakfast. I'm thinking you had about 2 cups of egg whites to get to 50 G Protein. by my math thats about 250 calories. Good ratio but adds up $.
This Christmas i had the Rest Day I haven’t had for 2 weeks or more. Also definitely exceeded my carbs, sorry for that sammy, going back to lock in mode. Also haven’t had a smoke since i started really watching you. Thank you Also i love eggs and legs

Got those exact same stools at my gym. I use the smallest one for lat pulldowns and close grip bicep pulldowns. I also used it as a guage for depth when i was retraining myself to actually hit depth on my squats.
Only been consistent at the gym for the past couple weeks, I go every other day and do a do a little bit of everything, should I keep going with that or change the routine. Trying to lose fat but also keep and gain my muscle.
I just started working out and went from struggling with 15lb weights to not feeling sore after 30lb dumbell workouts. I do about 12 bicep reps/till failure. Muscles sore and fatigued for first hour then almost nothing. I did 2 days back to back because of this. I noticed this happening after I started drinking protein. What am I doing wrong?
I got the stomach bug from family this Christmas, lost 18 pounds of fluids and stuff in my stomach. Any recommendations on how to bounce back as quick as possible?
probably. I know im not there yet😂 I can bench more than I squat, all because im in a novice tier. When you look at advanced lifters, 100% squat/deadlift more than they bench. 🤷♀️🙏🏻🫡🍻🎉
