I've been lacking leg training but would like to hold on to the pole more using my legs (only). Like thighs and knees. :) Gotta train 💦

hello, Anette, is it possible to pole in full mode, do flags, deadlifts after rotator cuff repair surgery?

Hey, if you dont feel pain, warm up properly and make sure you dont over do it, then I think yes. Also its very important to find a good physiotherapist that can give you advice and exercises that need to be done to strengthen and prevent future injuries.

Do you have a video for when you already injured your shoulder? Mine popped during a pole cartwheel. It’s hurts to lift it. That was like 5 months ago and still hurts when I overuse my shoulder or do an upper body workout

You can try the ones with resistance band, but make sure you have a very light band. Also seperate strengthtening for you upper back is really needed. Try scapula push ups to target your serratus anterior. I hope this helps. I will put in my list shoulder strengthening after injury, thank you for your feedback. Train safe💜
