Speed healing is Barry’s most used and useful ability of them all cuz tbh it has saved him countless times
He uses speed healing so much cuz he's too stoopid to use the other abilities😭

Love how when Barry demonstrated his vocal chord vibration to Joe Barry literally gets asked if he used his normal voice because iris would recognize him yet when season 9 rolls along he use his normal voice and no one recognizes him yet when people tell him they know who he is, he is somehow surprised

Barry always had speed thinking. It's the reason why he hasn't died by crashing into a wall while running. It's always why his brain can process all the information he gets while speed reading.

I think the first season was so well thought out. The Reverse Flash plot twist was really good(The Zoom and Savitar story were more obvious). They really lost their footing after jumping into crazy theoretical science like Flashtime.

•Lightning sword...😂this is a little cliché since the inspiration seems to be drawn from Star Wars but i think it should be included. It was scene in the fight against godspeed
•Supersonic punch. This happened when he wanted to destroy the satellite after Devoe was defeated in season 4 and when he hit the bully that kidnapped Iris back in season 1 if I'm not mistaken
•Creating tornadoes. This can be seen in the flashpoint episode in his fight against The Rival

The supersonic punch also happened during Season's 5 finale, when Cisco creates a portal for Barry and Nora to gain impulse and punch Thawne
The time remnant would fall under time travel
The fact he can emit a giant wave/pulse of lighting and destroy everything around him like in seasons 8-9
"I just stood still really fast" still sounds funny to me.
you can clearly see how much quality this show had in the first five seasons. Barry creatively using his powers to solve problems, not too much CGI and clever use of camera techniques to build the suspense of a scene, coherent story telling, clever use of music to create emotional moments, less Iris, Cold hearted villains, good fights and many more other things that ended with season 5.
Yeah it was great. The writing was a bit (not just a bit but a lot) inconsistent but the show was way better.

Season 1 episode 1: Barry learns to run fast
I already know every ability a speedster has, without watching the video I’ll explain.
Abilities for any speedster: glowing eyes, phasing, time travel, speed, slowing time, reversing time,lightning sword and wip, water running, dimension traveling, speedforce travel, negative speedforce travel, lightning, lightning throw, phasing, running on lightning (with the required shoes), lightning lazer, wall run, voice changer, speed healing, speed thinking, abs💀, stealing enemies speeds, stealing enemies speeds for a short period of time, and making any amount of time revenants. (Idk if that’s how you say it)
There are some side effects like running too fast without knowing, getting hungry faster, and responsibilities like keeping the timeline safe, aka not traveling in time, and I forgot to add one ability, phasing hand, aka insta kill. Oh and wind arms. New abilities keep coming up in my mind. And super spnic punch. My mind won’t stop remembering, speed giving. (Giving people speed)

Bro. I've never seen the ride the lightning trick. That is, without a doubt, the dopest thing I've ever seen
No idea why they used flashtime so little, I always thought freezing time was by far the coolest ability
Season one is my favorite season every character is either good or amazing and every part of the plot was well crafted and put together plus the the 1 v 3 battle of flash, firestorm and arrow vs reverse flash is still in my opinion one of the best battles in all of the arrowverse

This type of Flash is actually a fictional God because he can travel inthe speed of light and multi dimensions.He can remove Thanos Gauntlet in less than a second .Being able to time travel makes him re write history.

He didn’t get invisibility, he phased faster than the naked eye could see
But he can’t be seen, he’s not visible and if he’s not visible then he’s….

He stopped using some of these abilities as the series went on. I don’t remember the last time he used the tornado hands, or phasing.

Flash time isn't exactly a power because he sees things like that anyway, that's really for the audience to see. It's sharing it to a non speedster that's the power. Also that ghost time travel power is different than his normal one, only happens twice where he replaces the flash that was there in the past and essentially rewrites the moment. Later the new time travel power is him going into the speed force and actually choosing where he's going but now in this case there are two of him, the present him and the past him
You missed 8x02 when barry blasted lightning, also missed when barry shocked Jesse awake with his lightning in season 2.
