I’m calling Savoyard as the fastest whether alive or not because he was so fast you couldn’t see him to the naked eye. Do you guys remember that one episode “Enter Flashtime” where the whole episode was basically slow motion and he was still able to run in super speed while everything was essentially motionless. The bomb in the episode took around 35 minutes in flashtime to explode, while in real life it would have taken less than half a second.

Do you guys remember that one episode “Enter Flashtime” where the whole episode was basically slow motion and he was still able to run in super speed while everything was essentially motionless. The bomb in the episode took around 35 minutes in flashtime to explode, while in real life it would have taken less than half a second.

The only "speedster" that is slowing stuff down is zoom, he isnt a speedster by nature, ha uses v-9 and has the ability to slow stuff down so will always be the "fastest". Ali Ahmed not really the speed force doing for him. Yes the speedforce lets the speedster teleport, but you have to be fast enough to enter in the speedforce before using it. It’s more of running through the speedforce like a shortcut.
