    A brilliant insightful interview and one that tells me a lot still needs to be done. If I could impart my expertise around communication to this thread, having supported struggling professional athletes, I've found when an athlete is struggling on a small scale, that's the time to talk to someone. Don't allow the negativity to grow and grow. The idea is to create opportunities for athletes to talk openly as the norm, not as a last minute intervention.
    We want to prevent mental challenges, not wait until they need to be 'cured'

    Southgate seems a nice guy. I like him. But I support Scotland. I want Scotland to beat England, in the upcoming game.
