Difference between "a mistake" and consistent disappointing results.
From every interview that Toto gives something stays in my mind. Motivating the drivers part was interesting in my opinion, I think it's something that can be easily missed.
Toto is a fantastic leader. I mean the way he projects his thought process is amazing. Pinpoint everytime ! 🙌🏻 You can clearly look at the confidence and conveyance difference b/w the two. Toto is on another level ! 🙌🏻
Yeah Southgate did not look genuine in my view. Toto exudes confidence with humility and that's my style. Southgate looked like he was trying too much.
Anyways winning definitely has definitely boosted Toto's confidence even more. I know that feeling and it can be very calming.
Toto is simply a great man. This world would be amazing if we had more leaders like him.
Toto's argument that you need to be original as a leader is absolutely true, and it reminded me of this quote: "Just be yourself, everybody else is already taken"-Oscar Wilde. Also, to Toto's quote about leadership: "It's not about you, it's about them" - it's a beautiful quote and it reminded me about another one, very similar to this one, which I think is relevant for this discussion and generally in life: "If you light up a lamp for somebody, that lamp will illuminate your pathway, too."-Buddhist quote. #MercedesAmgF1Petronas #BestTeam 🙌🙌🙌

Ok, it's not just me who noticed it.
Southgate (the other guy) is probably just amazed to meet Toto but he probably wants to play it down. There's nothing wrong in being a fan if you're a celebrity yourself. We're human first and that kind of reaction makes you look genuine to people

When the strategist pitted Lewis for one more tyres hoping that they catch Max later... that was a bit of a risk. Even horner believed that it was a risk they took and it paid off.
Phoenix King My personal view is that I wouldnt really call that a risk. The tyre deg. from chasing Verstappen in dirty air was to great for the hards to have lasted to keep Hamilton in P1 even if he managed to pass Verstappen. Also the gap to Leclerc was so big that the worst case scenario was maintaining P2, so nothing to lose with that pitstop really.

Mercedes is in such other level that they invited one If the most famous Guy in England to a Interview and the Hole video It looked like Toto was IS other level, above everyone, the way that coach was reacting to Toto and Mercedes makes people from England like mercedes because they are fans of that coach and If they are fans of him and he is amazed by Toto and Mercedes then Mercedes gets more fans!! Also to finish with Excellence the coach was really happy and thanking Toto for hosting him and the video ended in silence with Mercedes logo, showing to be superior to others!!! The whole video was Genius!!
