This is what makes them successful. Look at the relationship. Look at how Toto looks at Hamilton, as if he is a son of his, part of his family. This family feeling is what makes them a strong pair and a strong team not to be trifled with.
I wonder if he looks as his own kids like that too.

While both Toto and Arnold have an Austrian accent, in my opinion they sound nothing alike. Arnold has a heavy, thick grunt an indication of his low class upbringing. Toto has a very smooth, clear pronunciation. He was raised in a higher class than Arnold and had a better education.

If you don´t have the lows, you don´t learn to appreciate the highs. While when you are in the highs and look back at the lows, you grow as a person and professional because of all you´ve been through.
That´s why many entrepeneurs, business men, good professionals and good bosses say "failure is not a bad thing, it´s where you learn, you fail, you learn and you do better next time".
Failure is the learning experience, without it you are static and don´t learn anything.

These are two different people but they work as one. Lewis embraces positives and Toto embraces negatives.

Toto's smile and nod at 8:12 speaks volumes, They are both very content with each other. It's season's like this one that show why even in one of th fastest cars on the grid you still need the best driver. Put Fernando/Max/Dan in the Ferrari this year and he wouldn't be 30 points behind Lewis, he'd have got the most out of the car.
Nikki always thought highly of Lewis. He compared him to M. Schuhmacher as soon as people started seeing Ham outperform Alonso during his rookie years.
