England has the current best 11 internationally in world football. Kane is currently the most inform/best 9. Bellingham is the best midfielder. Saka is top 3 in his position. Rice is top 3 in his position. Foden is top 5/10 in his position. That’s without even going into Walker, stones, Trent, Palmer, Watkins. I could go on and on. Honestly I would go as far to say that only France and Argentina has an 11 that is even close to as good as ours. We need to be cashing in on those trophies.

Gareth would let Livramento switch allegiance and Ferdinand, Murphy, Neville, Scholes, Gerrard, Terry, Cole will be absolutely disappointed while Southgate will keep calling up Maguire, Henderson until they are 40.
I'm not an England fan, however I am a football fan. I think England have a strong chance of winning the Euros in 2024. Not only is the squad decent, but the players have experienced what it is like to win trophies for their clubs. They must have built that winning mentality and determination throughout the seasons. It's really up to Southgate and his team to take the England squad to higher levels by adapting to their opposition in the Euro finals. Making it to the WC semis and Euro 2020 final surely must have given Southgate some lessons to be learned.

A semi final place in 2018 WC n a final in European championships in 2021....now is England best chance to win a trophy after so missing it for many years....with so many star players, England might have a chance to compete with France, Spain, defending champion Italy, Holland n even Host German!!! Southgate has been a decent manager imo, he’s really brought the team together, great chemistry between the players. Just one major error in the euros final, and I can understand why plp resent him for that

Beating a italy team twice at this point is not that big of a accomplishment, this is a team which is in transition which failed to qualify for the world cup. I would also say beating a Croatia team which saw so many key players retire or drop off is nothing to really boast about.

Actually Scottish but this could be England’s year. Kane and Bellingham are match winners. Midfield is decent as well,just the defence and keeper that are questionable. But with a rub of the green they could go all the way

Hes failed playing defensive football and being too reserved. He has done much better than any manager for a very long time, but i personally dont have faith in him to take us to victory. He has no killer instinct. That squad should be in a semi final at the bare minimum. Tactically he is not a top manager

Trippier can’t invert to create in central area, dribbling, close controlling, spraying passes, dictating tempo like a central midfielder.
Shaw is not as silky on the ball as Trent or Rico.
Pickford isn’t as good as Ramsdale on the ball, passing out from the back.
Rice defensive ability is world class but he is not that tekky.
Kane can’t do tricks, skill moves, tiki taka passes. He won’t keep dropping deep to keep possession, his play is too direct. He doesn’t have the agility to roam around playing like a small short creative false 9.

Yes southgates been the 2nd most successful manager in Englands time but the opposition has been poor compared to over nations and hes still not over achieved beating Germany was the best he did and he should have.
