Great videos. When pre heating your T shirts, fold them in half and press. This will give you a centre line, fold your vinyl or transfer in half also, line up on the shirt and it will be perfectly centred.
Thanks for the calm & exact guide on how you use the products. you mentioned Heart and hustle printing. i'll give them a look and see if i can learn something from them
Its been w while since I have been cutting recently because I have been moving. Now that I am settled in this gives me the perfect motivation to get going again. Its a little bit of work and its fun. You grow in what you can do too and networking with people is really fun. I think I'll be getting my equipment next month.
Quick tips = lint roller before pressing to get the moisture out, and you should pre wash the shirt, because when you wash it after pressing the vinyl on the vinyl tends to get wrinkly. Just a thought.
Man I am so jealous! I wanted to buy this same setup about 6 months ago. My honey won't let me buy it and I don't have the room. Might hit you up on making me some window decals. Great video Dave, have fun.
Excellent demonstration thank you but I have a question why did you press twice the design on the t shirt?? And second how it last this htv on t shirts??? Thank you...
Thanks for watching Tim. I have a lot of ideas I want to try that involve using my CNC to cut shapes then using dye sublimation on the wood. Stay tuned!

Cheers Peter
Thanks for watching Peter. I really appreciate it. Hope all is well in NZ.
Great video, Dave. I do bookbinding, and this cutter and press would probably be quite useful for making one-of book covers. Thanks for the info.
Thanks for watching Ronald. That sounds like a great idea you have there.

Thanks! This is a good tutorial. 😊

Thank you very much.
Hi I have a question, what is your cutspeed and cutpress you have in your machine ? Mine just seems like it's being forced to work
How does the vinyl stay in place with the cut tool, mine is not staying in place when I hit cut
Why does my vinyl fall off the track? Is start to pinch the sheet.. no traction. I have the same US cutter as you do.
Hello Dave. Can you print onto a piece of vinyl with the sublimation ink?
Thanks for watching Tim. They make some special vinyl for sublimating on dark clothing but I haven't tried that yet.
Awesome!!
Thanks!
What speed and pressure did you have your cutter on?
Interesting process. Thanks for sharing! 👍
Thanks for watching Jim! I appreciate it.
Thank you! Now I can print some much needed FDJT shirts. It's the only logical sentiment.
