Islam don't care about your race or nationality. Islam gives the people sense of brotherhood and family. I never feel afraid or alone when I travel to another country because I know for a fact if I got in trouble I can got to a mosque and god willing my brother in faith will help me. The sense of community is what makes me love Islam more and more.

Islam never care about race like you said. But many hardline Ulama preached hatred against the non Muslims who are wealthier than Muslims, non Muslims who are the big wealthy businessmen, non Muslims who achieve high positiins in politics, military, corporations. They often preach hatred and envy in sermons for what they said as no Muslims in the world's richest businessmen. But in the truth, the investment companies from GCC Arab Oil Rich countries like Saudi Aravua, Qatar, UAE, owned so many portfolio stocks, lands, properties, company stocks in USA and Europe.
Those hate preachers are Zakir Naik, Pierre Vogel, Anjem Choudary, Omar Bakrie Muhamad, Abu Bakar Al Baghdadi. They even preached to their audiences to never buy things from the shops and businesses owned by infidels, even the products are halal, no riba (usury), and those non Muslims share same citizenships as the Muslims.

@@gazwa-e-islam2716 I studied my father's religion, namely Christianity, by going to church to worship and pray like people singing in a choir. and the effect is that there is no spiritual splash that goes into the ear to the brain, in my opinion, strange. I also studied Hinduism from my mother, but by means of worship and prayer, which in my opinion did not touch my heart, and in my mother's religion, if a villager dies, a lot of money is spent, from hundreds of millions to more than 1 billion just for the death of a family. I converted to Islam and received revelations and guidance from Allah SWT when my grandparents invited me to perform the big Hajj for 1 full month. That's where I was amazed to hear the sound of the Azan and the recitation of the Koran in the Grand Mosque, the Holy Land of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. That's where I remember being led to read the Sahadat Near the Kaaba and kissing the Black Stone guided by a tall, big person who I think is an angel sent by Allah for my path that Islam is my true religion and with Islam until now I am 14 years old, grade 10 and until now fasting.

Thank you for your kind message about Muslims. My wife and I have looked at many different religions over the years. Both of us grew up Catholic and found it very lacking. We started our search for God and proper worship to include so-called Protestant religions, Self Realization Fellowship, study of some eastern religions, even went to classes in Hebrew & studied Judaism (which we found to be lacking in belief of anything of an afterlife. By good fortune our youngest daughter married an Egyptian and for the first time, at the age of 70 we were introduced to Islam, the only true religion we had ever known. Simple and very straightforward, leading us on a straight path.

@@sridodda963 Absolutely not my great Grandfather Mr Boshonto Banerjee converted to Islam and became Mr Ali Muhammad after seeing the atrocities committed by high caste Hindus on the lower caste Hindus My great grandfather was a wealthy land owner after he converted to Islam by his own free will and absolutely no compulsion he donated 1/3 of his wealth to the poor and needy and the legend remains that never for one moment he regretted becoming a Muslim. This story has been passed down by generation after generation.

Your journalism has inspired me to look into Islam objectively. I have now stopped worshipping all idols. I cannot fathom the thought of an elephant, snake, monkey, pig, lion, tiger or statues with multiple colours and limbs as Gods. It just doesn't make sense anymore. Things are the same whether I pray to them or not. Infact, I may have wasted my time doing that and reared superstitious beliefs for long. There is a sense of Peace and tranquility knowing there is a GOD but He or she isn't limited to a form, He is Supreme and beyond His creation's imagination as He should be. He is respected, Loved and Feared like no other as He should be. I found this explanation the most logical till date.
I live in North India in one of the most vilest and toxic parts. Our city is also called the "r@pe capital of the world" for a reason and Muslim bashing is prime time entertainment in this part of the world. I use VPN to watch your news. Thanks for the IT skills. Actually, thank God for those skills.
I now understand why a noble person like Dr Zakir Naik is witchhunted and banned in India. The insecurity, the hypocrisy and the envy is appalling. They say Dr Naik's "fans" did the Bangladesh attacks. Well, on that measure, the butcher of Gujarat - M0DIs fans committed a Genocide in Gujarat, Delhi, UP, Haryana, Punjab etc yet he is still the PM of India. Double standards lose their meaning the way our country is into Fascism at the moment. Unfortunately it also has full support from the West, now that the Rishi Sunaks are at the helm of western politics. Its just a very toxic and hateful environment. We wake up to complains, disgust, Hate mongering and goto sleep doing exactly the same. The effect of this on Indians mental health is not measured but it will have a very long lasting detrimental effect. No idol God is able to bring any sense anymore. No statue is helping or has ever answered our prayers. Drinking Cow Urine and bathing in sh¡t cannot be religion. I refuse to conform to my family "values". Being a Saraswat Brahman myself, I took off my Janev last week. I think it devalues me into thinking I'm somehow a superior race compared to my other Hindu friends. I'm not allowed to infact make any Muslim, or Backward Class, Scheduled Tribe or Scheduled Caste Hindu friends. I want to make some friends from these communities now. I've been wanting to travel to Japan (and to South Korea as well) for the past decade, but I was always concerned about not being able to practise Islam openly, having access to halal food, not being able to find a Muslim community, but I'm so glad that that's a thing of the past.
I cannot wait to make travel plans and explore these beautiful countries with the comfort of knowing that there's better accomodation for Muslims there, and that the people are open and understanding. There is Halal restaurant in Japan, but not as much as normal restaurant you could always tailored your food if you're eating in folk restaurant, or you just order seafood those is safe, the menu you should be careful is Ramen, Udon, Sukiyaki, katsu meat dishes like Katsudon, Donburi anyway just anything with meat because that could be pork, you always need to ask the waitress what's meat is that to be safe.
Being open muslim is okay but wearing Hijab to work is not yet there because there is dress code for company, being secular ofc this apply to all religion not just muslim wearing rosary also not okay.

Plus, many people in Japan don't speak fluent English, so they may not understand any questions I'd ask them.
Just to tell you, I like sushi, but there are restaurants that use sake in the rice, which is rice alcohol. Therefore, Muslims even have to be careful with seafood or vegetarian meals.

Salaam brother. Just wanted to point out that all of us Muslims always say 'sallallahu alayhi wa sallam' (which means peace be upon him) after mentioning the Last Prophet (s.a.w.). Also, grammatically god and gods are the terms for any other deity people want to worship, whereas God (capitalized) refers to Allah Almighty alone.
Furthermore, I agree with your statement about God being the author of all the divinely inspired books (Torah, Zaboor, Injeel, Qur'an) and this was not something the messengers (Moses, David, Christ, Muhammad - may peace be upon them), but disagree somewhat when you say Muhammad (s.a.w.) made it easy, or would like to clarify.
Muhammad (pbuh) simply made it easier to understand Islam, because, for example, nowhere is the process of salah/described, but we have a method to perform it based on emulating the Prophet (s.a.w.), what he did during his lifetime. That is why he is cited as the best example to follow in matters of Islam (as mentioned in one of his hadith/sayings).
Allah says in the Quran 5:3 "...Today I have perfected your religion for you..." so in no way could anyone, including the Prophet (s.a.w.) himself, lessen or make the religion easier or harder.
Could you also also explain who the prophet Assunah is and the other source you mentioned? As Muslims, our primary source for Islam is the Qur'an, and then second we follow the lifestyle of Muhammad (s.a.w.) called Sunnah (which the hadith/sayings are a part of). After that we refer to different council rulings as time progresses and new inventions are included in society.
Travelled to Turkey in 1990. When I arrived at my destination, a small town (Koy they call it) in the Asian part of Istanbul it was the middle of the night and my accommodation fell through leaving me nowhere to go, the taxi driver that drove me there invited me to his home which I obliged and stayed for two days. He was a Muslim and a tight family man with 2 children who risked the security of his family and opened his home to a total stranger because he was caring.
This incident together with my overall experience in Turkey validates this story, Muslims are the most hospitable and caring people. It's an awful shame false perceptions are being peddled in the media and people with agendas working the internet deceiving us with slander and lies.
People need to meet practicing Muslims, talk and get to know them and make up their own minds.
My heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to those who have lost their lives, those suffering injuries and lost love ones from the terrible earthquake, may Allah bring you peace and strength.

It was not the Prophet Muhammad PBUH that made the religion easy is to understand, It was Allah SWT that made the religion Point blank Period.
I think you'll find that statement being validated by scholars too. Everything is planned by God and delivered through intermediate means. So, it is not incorrect to say that a guide/ messenger makes the information accessible; that's their [religious] "function" in this world (if put in simple terms).

We are already in the big crash, Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Adel A - can Muslims be saved? The short answer is Yes, they can be saved. Anyone can be saved if he is willing to repent and place his faith in God through Jesus Christ.
The Scriptures say that the gospel is “the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16). Thus, salvation is freely offered-but it must be received by means of faith. If one refuses to believe in Christ-as He is presented in the Scriptures-then he cannot be saved.
The Muslim refuses to believe that Jesus died for our sins. They think that this would be beneath that of a Prophet of God. Yet, the only way that one can be saved from sin is to firmly believe that Jesus died for our sins. This shows that the unbelieving Muslim cannot be saved from sin.
In the same book, Paul the apostle, says, “The word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God” (1 Corinthians 1:18).
Elementary students of Islam know that the Muslim refuses to believe that Jesus died on a cross. They would say that a substitute (perhaps Judas) died on the cross but they think that it is unthinkable that Jesus, the “Prophet” of Allah, actually died a despicable and shameful death on a Roman cross. As the verse above says, this “word of the cross is foolishness” to the Muslim, and thus the unbelieving Muslim is “perishing” rather than receiving salvation.
We are living in the dispensation of the grace of God, by believing and trusting the gospel of salvation (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) given to our Apostle Paul by Jesus Christ you are saved and sealed with the holy Spirit of promise till the day of redemption!!!
