As someone that's been a revert for quite some time, it actually bothers me whenever I walk in the street with my Arab friends and the elder people look at me disgustedly. My grandma used to be like that aswell, until she met my Syrian bestfriend who she absolutely loves nowadays.

I applaud you for sharing this, CJ. I’ve seen this in my own life regarding the feelings of people toward Muslims. So thankful I’ve met so many Muslim friends on LinkedIn. This same lesson is also true of every prejudice people hold from childhood or society teaching. I have friends now of every major world religion and value them all. I have friends of every color and political stance and sexual orientation. When I meet real people and find out they are people just like me, I let go of my prejudices and embrace them.

This man is right. Nearly 40 years ago a friend was sad that she was in America living an easy life while her sister was in Kuwait as a doctor helping Palestinians. I told her that her sister is helping a few people, but my friend was changing the minds of everyone who met her in the place that was making decisions that hurt her people. Every person that meets a Palestinian never sees it the same. It is true of all the people in the world, but meeting and befriending Muslims helps change the minds of people who never meet a Muslim, Arab, Palestinian because they met those who have and they see the disconnect between propaganda and reality. That in turn makes them question other things and places where propaganda turns ignorance into hate. As a Christian, I am grateful for Muslims, and the teachings of Islam that guide me to better economic, social, and political understanding of how the West does not value people, only profits. Thank you CJWerleman for these wonderful videos that spread love in an environment that encourages hate.

There was a blind beggar in the corner of the Medina market. The Jewish beggar felt disgusted and disgusted when he heard people mention the name Muhammad. In fact, he accused the Prophet Muhammad of being a sorcerer and a big liar. The beggar often said that everyone should be wary of a figure named Muhammad. Rasulullah SAW did not hate or hold a grudge against him at all. He just smiled and was always gentle with her. The Prophet was also willing to take time every morning to feed the blind beggar. This habit continued, and the beggar did not know that the person who fed him food every day was the Prophet Muhammad, the person he hated. After the Prophet died, no one came to feed the blind beggar. After some time, Abu Bakr bin Siddiq replaced the Prophet's habits. thanks to the information provided by Aisyah RA. When he arrived there, Abu Bakr was reprimanded by the beggar, "Who are you?" Abu Bakr replied, "I am an ordinary person." The beggar said again, "No. Surely you are not the person who usually comes to me. When he comes, there is no need for this hand to hold and no need for this mouth to chew. The person who usually comes to me always feeds me. And, he mashed the food first, after he gave it to me." Hearing the beggar's words, Abu Bakr cried and said, "I am not the person who usually comes to you. I am one of his friends. That noble person is gone. He was the Prophet Muhammad, Rasulullah SAW." Immediately, the beggar cried when he heard Abu Bakar's explanation. And he said, "Is that true? All this time I have always insulted him, slandered him, he never scolded me at all, he came to me with food every morning, he was so noble." The person who hated the Prophet SAW then prostrated himself in the presence of Abu Bakr RA. Muslims during the time of the Prophet imitated these characteristics, so that friendliness and gentleness radiated on their faces. That was one of the factors in the interest of many Quraysh infidels to Islam.
