I think there is a misunderstanding. I am not an expert in the field of politics, but at least I live in Iran and see the situation of my country from the inside, not what different foreign news agencies publish with different motives.
As far as I know, before the Iranian revolution in 1979, Iran was in favor of Israel, after the revolution and regime change, things started to change.
Years have passed since that revolution and the situation is different, most of the clips you showed are from the past years or decades, but Iran, Hezbollah, and the Houthis have taken actions against Israel from years ago until the last few weeks.

During the Iran-Iraq war America saw opportunity to weaken them by fighting prolonged war (they did had their own border problems). How do we explain Israel's assassinations of high profile Iranians for decades. Secondly, one can explain why no one in the axis would want to escalate.
