I have had cameras on my wheelchair since I had my shopping pinched two years ago and if something else happens in this crazy world, at least you have footage of the incident, which the police may want to view, the sound isn't all that good but the video is.
I'm surprised that wheelchair manufacturers don't put the option on wheelchairs.

I'm on the second install of this system. It catches a-hole drivers on a daily basis, but the real point for me is to catch the next hit-and-run driver.
You're welcome to use my dash cam/dual video webpage to show videos. It's a cool way to see how useful the dual cams can be. Awww heck, maybe it will show up as a zip file attached to an email...

camera setup looks great dan. also i hear you about being in a chair and being a target. i run 2 apecams in loop recording mode that start recording when powered on. they are a must have item almost these days. you have people that go off that said you hit them with your chair to people looking to just be jerks and even hit your chair for fun? funny how their story changes when you say 'oh gosh sorry. let me look at the replay on my chair camera and see what happened.' seriously crazy people out in this world. catch ya on thursdays livestream. take care

Open the connections and put some dielectric grease in them to keep water from egressing easily in the connections - any connection on the chair for that matter

the remote for the lights is the same as the ones for my loud horn but the horn also has a wired button
Yea, I looked into this some time ago...The dash cams have poor reviews...Many people were saying you can't read license plates with them...People were saying to buy a GoPro 360 that can see in every direction...You just mount the GoPro to your helmet...That way it is high enough to see in every direction...I mean, all the 1A auditors use a GoPro so it must be good...
Or you can just install a pole to your wheelchair and mount the camera to that...I know you are good at modifying things so it would be easy for you to do...

Hey could you do a video on maybe a hard case that mounts on the rail and how they mount on the rail I’m getting an F3 and doesn’t seem like people know much about them I’m looking for like a hard case on either side that I’m out on that rail alongside the seat I need storage but the people who are not in Wheelchairs have no idea what I’m talking about

I am a double amputee and I was told you might be able to help me. I am starting my pit bike that I’m finally starting. It’s a Honda xr70r that was put on hold because I had my lower back fused. I also had kidney stones that damaged both kidneys. But without legs I can’t brake, or shift. I just want ideas on what I should do. 😮
How many have problems of the XLR charger port on the chair gets damages by the heat from the charging? I have a Permobil C400 with the new charge (set to 8 A). And during loading the XLR gets so hot you cannot keep your hand on it. And the plug on the chair gets damaged with brown heat markings and destroyed plastic.
You need a new charger. Permobil had a batch of defective chargers. They should replace your charger and joystick. Your DME should be able to help you get it replaced.

yup! first thing i did after loading the app hah
@TotallyNormal- so now when you turn it on does it make any noise or voice?
it just makes a soft 'chirp' sound when powering on now.. no voices :^)
it might have an option to turn off as well but havent checked. i like the chirp to tell me it has actually turned on, and is recording
