Do you have a video of how the tubi exhaust sound on a 992 with the valve closed. I have sports exhaust but i want to improve my exhaust sound with valve closed.
I don't recall us ever having an issue with the clamps. Where did you purchase the system from? If you purchased from us, please email info@flat6motorsports.com and we'll look into that.
Hi there. Since the PSE exhaust tips are mounted on the rear bumper, is it an option to not install the Akrapovic ones? The exhaust doesn't seem to directly connect to them anyway?
@@Flat6Motorsports Fantastic video! Can the Akrapovic be used with the non-PSE quad tips, or are the exhaust tips in a different position compared to the non-PSE exhaust, necessitating the replacement of the rear valance? According to the manual, it needs to be replaced, but I'm wondering if the actual exhaust tips are located differently. It seems that non-PSE and PSE exhausts look the same.
@@RomanHoracek you can swap the valance or make a cut to the Akrapovic shielding. It's not the tip itself, it's the backing behind the tip (part of the tip construction). We have a picture here on where to cut: flat6motorsports.com/products/akrapovic-slip-on-titanium-muffler-992-carrera?_pos=1&_sid=2a11a70ed&_ss=r
Finally somebody pronounced 'Akrapovic' properly.
Great video.
Very good step-by-step process displayed !
Great video, thanks guys.

Wonder why the Akrapovic instructions say to remove the bumper cover to swap the tips.
There are different methods you can employ but we find this to be the most efficient and least intrusive.
Great Video! Do you know if I can keep the stock (PSE) tips with this exhaust? I prefer the black but they only offer black tips for the Turbo models.
Yes, you can reuse the stock tips
The clamps that came with the akrapovic exhaust are too short, it was very difficult to install it, how are you making it look so easy?

Do you really have to take the cats off to slip the back box out?
You don't have to but we find it easier/quicker than removing the rear bumper.

Yes, that is possible
